Was supposed to have a garden room, didn’t get one but was still charged for garden view room, 10$ charge for parking not disclosed, No clean towels in pool and took forever for someone to give us a clean towel in room.

Room clean and bed comfortable. No recycle bins anywhere. Our rate included breakfast for 2 each day. We were given a card for $10 to use for each day for breakfast. 1 breakfast burrito was $10 - so breakfast included rate isnt exactly worth it.

The room was wonderful, the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again my only critique its better signs, there is nothing on the building, so it was difficult to find.

No cleaning at all, and not told so. You need to schedule the cleaning and change of towels. Of course no new soap, and no more tea bags, unless you ask for it. Restaurant told me no eggs when you order breakfast, and told you not knowing you still want breakfast when you are back to pick up the order, gave you the option of heat up cold ready made food. Parking is extra! Pool area is under maintenance. No hot tub. All the above are unexpected surprise.

The room wasn't very clean—I found multiple hairs in the bathroom when I checked in. I was on the second floor with no elevator, and had to take a corridor to my room with very stained and dirty carpet. Hot tub was broken and coffee and tea in the morning weren't free.

We are a family that love to travel. We had a lot of fun visiting for two nights. We did have some issues with the door locks. We couldn't access the pool without getting a staff member to let us in and our door deadbolt got stuck and we were in a hurry for an appt and had to leave with our door open while they fixed it. The hot tub was broken so that was disappointing and the pool chlorine levels were way to high and we ended up with many issues after swimming. The staff was very kind and accommodating, honestly, they were the best part of our stay!

The hotel is nicely updated, but there is a lack of detail when it comes to cleaning. One of our light sconces had someone’s chewed gum on it. There was also toothpaste splattered on the sink wall.

Will not stay here again however location and convenience to restaurants was great. Be aware Parking is $10/day breakfast is extra cost too. No house keeping at all so no added coffee to your room unless you go to the front desk. It was a quite stay and that was good.

The wall of the room is thin. You can hear people talking and walking in the hallway. The roof is relatively low and suppressed. No one told us when the breakfast ended, and we missed it at 9:20 a.m.

Housekeeping entered our room while we were still asleep at 8:45am, over 2 hours before check-out. We could hear the people in the room above us talking and walking around as well as anyone walking down the hall or getting in their car outside the window. Not soundproof at all!

I was kind of surprised that I was charged $10.00 to park on a surface lot that had 2 cars parked in the lot while I was there. I really think this is gouging the customer. Overall the hotel was nice and clean. I would stay here again for the fact I was charged 10 dollars to park.

The Sonesta was extremely clean and the lobby is welcoming. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. It's not in a walkable area and there is not a bar/restaurant--just snacks. But overall we enjoyed staying there.

This is the second or third time I stayed in this place. I like this hotel. It is very clean but there is something about the bathroom. I don't know if it is the drainage or the water but something smells.

Loved staying at this place, I would say it’s hidden which I love. One thing I’d like to recommend is for the housekeepers to please announce themselves before entering bedrooms. My friend and I stayed in separate rooms and both got walked in on. Usually staff in other hotels knock loudly and say housekeeping. But here we noticed they just walk in.

The hotel condition was really good. The room was so nice and clean and has everything for one night stay. It was just 20 minutes drive to downtiwn seattle which was so convinient. We had a nice stay there.

This was a very bad experience. Checking in, I was kept waiting for 20 minutes... no one was at the reception desk. Barbara finally showed up, saying she was helping another guest. She offered no apologies for the wait. Zero. Her attitude was passive -aggressive. I checked into my room (#189), which initially seemed fine. At ~11pm I realized I had bugs in my bed. See attached photo. I also have a video, but can't attach it here. I went to the front desk and the night-reception clerk (Walter) was probably the worst I have ever encountered. Walter told me to not discuss the bed-bugs while other guests were present (some were behind me in line), accused me of "causing a scene" (I was not, my voice was low and calm), and he accused me of "lible" since there was no proof that the bugs were actually bed bugs. Seriously, Walter should not be interfacing with customers... he is terrible. Walter finally agreed to refund my money, and I went to another hotel.

It was not a good experience. Everything was old and the room smelled very bad. It was like they didn’t clean between guests. The walls are thin so we heard the other guests around us. Will never stay there again.

Solid Stay! Was expecting a little more from the reviews but all in all good experience especially for the cost. Being that it is 2 floors i was hoping they had an elevator as the entire second floor is then not accessible. The rooms were clean but dated, would have loved to see more updated rooms! the fridge was loud, but the big couch was comfy and nice touch! front entrance area was very nice and looked like a chill place to hangout. Staff were kind, gym was lacking space and equipment, pool and hottub were nice but again, dated. the price is definitely the main perk of this place, but you cant go wrong for a fairly cheap stay! would recommend for low cost alternatives in the area. 3.5/5

About the only thing that made the stay was the low rate for the area. The rooms were clean but smelled like a wet dog, and wasn’t quiet at all, being able to hear neighbors doing their business all night long. Also, there was confusion with the desk attendant on how I could spend the meal credit. Pros were, affordable and convenient location and safe location.

Our stay was fine. However, there was an unexpected nightly charge for parking, including a “garage fee”— even though the parking was an open lot without garage. This should be included in the Expedia quoted room cost. Also, the heat in the room was very difficult to regulate. We had to ask for extra blankets. Our wet towels were not replaced on our second night. Ok, but not great.

The entire property was very clean and well managed. The room was very nice, extremely comfortable, and quiet. Property is located in a beautiful area in close proximity to nature parks and dining options. I would stay again on my next trip to the Seattle area.
