We had a very peaceful and comfortable stay.

Location was excellent and quiet. Staff were very friendly. Bed was super comfortable. AC worked great and was very quiet. Shower had good water pressure and temperature.

When I made reservations I was told the pool and hot tub were working. When we got there the hot tub was closed down. That was disappointing after a long drive. And as far as we could tell, there is no elevator.

Private and relaxing stay

Great location in Bellevue. Only 18mins to DT Seattle. Quiet neighborhood. Fully treed and private. Rooms were clean and staff was helpful and courteous.

There's nothing to think of.

the indoor pool was great! they also had a lovely outdoor patio with a fireplace. plenty of parking. breakfast was available but for purchase.

you could hear under the doors as people walked in the halls.

Avoid Sonesta Bellevue at all costs! The frustrating check-in and check-out processes, along with the unpleasant room odor and smoky hallways, make it a regrettable choice for your stay. Our recent stay at Sonesta Bellevue left much to be desired, as the check-in and check-out processes were disappointing and the room had an unpleasant odor. During check-in, despite there being only two clients ahead of us and two receptionists available, we had to endure an excessive 45-minute wait. This delay was frustrating and unnecessary, as it seemed like the hotel was not efficiently managing its staff or resources. Similarly, at check-out, we faced another 30-minute wait as there was no staff present at the front desk. We had to go searching for a staff member ourselves, but their cold and indifferent attitude further dampened our experience, and it took an additional 10 minutes before we were assisted. Upon entering our room, we were met with an unpleasant odor that resembled a damp sock. The lack of cleanliness and attention to detail in the room was disappointing and didn't meet the standard one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, the hallway carpets emitted a noticeable smoke smell, which further contributed to a less-than-pleasant atmosphere.

Great place to stay!

The hotel is in a beautiful area, and I always feel safe when I'm walking my dog around at night. Rooms are nice and comfy, and the staff members are always helpful and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I have stayed here a few times and have absolutely nothing to complain about!

Very nice accomodations, swimming pool is great.

Booked a room for 3 but the room only had a queen size bed and a sofa turning in to a bed. They only provided bedsheets and towels for 2 upon arrival.

Comfortable, quiet, but extremely pricey.

Very quiet due to its out of the way (hard to find?) location tucked way behind a maze of parking lots. Clean and comfortable.

Price was exorbitant for the type and quality of the room. $700+ for a room is outrageous. This isn’t a high end resort.

Nasty sheets had blood

Brand in California was clean and updated. I enjoyed this in Bellevue. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Bellevue is a great location.

Sheets had blood in them which is completely unacceptable. Could have done a better job cleaning the place. Especially being in Bellevue.

Over-all I would recommend this place and will come back and RSVP at the same location.

We didn't have breakfast at the property. We ate out with family.

The light in our bathroom had fallen off completely. Maybe you can have those fix so they will not fall in the future. We had a child with us in the room, just glad there were no incident during the time it had fallen off.

the staff was incredibly helpful when we experienced some trouble with our door going all the way to climbing onto the balcony to unlock the door - fantastic, kind & personable staff!

A small pocket stay over out of the city

Room stayed heated but didn't get to hot along with the bed; it was comfy but wasn't too plushy and that can get to be too hot but was just right that I didn't need to wear a long sleeve shirt.

There isn't much that I didn't like. Initially, there my sink was clogged but the sent out an engineer within minutes to assess and then eventually fix. So that was great!

It was nice and quiet if not a bit hard to find at first. Well-located for our local adventures including getting to downtown Seattle in a reasonable amount of time.

Sign on the road as we drove past twice. Better pillows would be nice. A few more breakfast options. Would also be nice to have had the coffee station open in afternoon/evening.

It was an alright stay for being there about a week, great front desk staff.

I liked the location and temperatures of the room. I also liked the cleanliness of the pool room.

The things I didn’t like was our rooms not getting cleaned when we put our sign away during cleaning hours and also that you had to pay for breakfast at the hotel. I had thought that breakfast was apart of the purchase like any other hotel, not an extra charge.

Outdated for the price that you pay also, a few of the doors were not working there was glass everywhere it wasn’t fixed I’m handicapped. It was a long ways to walk to my room to the car. The incidental fee is ridiculous.

Superb

The staff was very polite and friendly.

I arrived Friday, and nobody came next day to bring more cups, coffee and more clean towels. Oh, and the air conditioning was very loud. Other than that everything was good.

It was okay.

The bed was very comfortable.

We had a 3 night stay and weren't told that towels would be changed upon request. Trash cans also weren't emptied & bed was not made.

No power and no TV

The location was good. Close to some big stores and highway.

Our power went off the first morning we were there had to figure out where a coffee shop or a place for breakfast for my kids. Then because it still not on, we left for the mall. Once we came back we wanted to relax and learned that our TV wasn't working. Told front desk and they needed someone to come look at it. So we left again! We came back to being told they can't fix the TV and that we needed to move rooms. Single mother with 2 kids, fridge full of snacks and their stuff everywhere....said no thank you! My room was discounted 20% but did not make my stay pleasurable especially with kids. They can go into pool for so long!
