We stay here every time we fly out of BWI - it is close, conveient with great pick up and delivery to the airport. The hotel staff is great; the property is well-maintained as well as being quiet with a "safe" feeling.

I can't recall when I last checked into a hotel with this uninterested and unfriendly front desk staff. Chose this hotel for a short stay next to the airport so while we didn't expect much we had hoped that a Marriott family hotel would be better.

Well for me all a good hotel needs is a good bed, good water pressure in the shower and a remote. TV wasn’t working. Streaming wasn’t working. They didn’t offer to change rooms. Came and looked at it and said “I’m not the cable guy”. Water pressure was meh. Bed was comfortable.

Charging $5 each for bottled water was excessive. The bathroom could have been cleaner. I had to wipe down the toilet seat when i first got there. Otherwise, a nice stay.

We we’re just staying here for part of a night so we would be close to the airport for an early Flignt the next morning. Overall, the property was ok. The staff was pleasant, and the room was clean. A few things to note that were less than desirable were that there was literally a car up on blocks in the parking lot right by the main entrance. It looked like the wheels had been stolen off of it. That doesn’t give you confidence that the area is safe, but it is Baltimore by BWI so it really isn’t a great area. They also informed us at check in that none of the TVs were working, there was a system problem. So much for watching the 4th quarter of the game. The room was like every Courtyard, but it was a little run down in places…like the shower fixtures were coming away from the wall, and the shower mechanism was sticking. For a place to stay close by to catch a flight it was fine, but definitely not the nicest Courtyard I’ve stayed at.

I can’t say enough about the staff at this Marriott. I came here sick, after missing my connection at BWI. Too sick to get on a plane, they extended my stay and delivered tea to my room, no questions asked and free of charge.

Stayed here for 3 nights for business. The property is clean, modern, and comfortable.More importantly, it was QUIET. Very restful. The employees are professional and courteous. My room was not one that had a patio or balcony but did have a refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. The sofa and ottoman were appreciated, as they are a nice place to relax and watch tv rather than have to sit on the bed. My room had nice water pressure - the shower has an adjustable head and plenty of hot water. The bed was good and the pillows were the perfect mix of soft and supportive. I have neck problems and pillows are a big deal for me. These were perfect. I had an issue with my TV and the room was missing a hair dryer, but both issues were resolved promptly by the staff. The hotel bistro/bar has a reasonable offering of food and drinks, and the employees were conscientious and friendly. This property is a great value and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Room smelled. It was due to the shower curtain smelling musty. Desk was sticky and not clean. Floor between the beds did not look like it had been vacuumed. Only stayed one night before flight home. Didn’t complain to front desk just dealt with smell by keeping bathroom door closed.

Very thin walls...the noise from neighbors using the patio in the court yard and adjoing rooms made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. No breakfast box for guest leaving in the morning for early flights.

I checked in with my aging parents after a long flight from across the coast and was received by a very unwelcoming front desk employee. They were very curt in their replies and unfriendly overall. There are no microwaves in any of the rooms on the first floor. We’re instead expected to use the one microwave available in the tiny market. This was very disappointing and I would call it unacceptable for the price. The kitchen staff and the front desk staff the next morning were courteous, friendly and helpful but the employee’s attitude during check-in ruined our experience.
