Nice stay with daily housekeeping

Very clean room. Good breakfast. Close to the airport. Great all around!

When we arrived the elevators were broken, the spa was not heated as we were told. The sheets were stained and there was trash in the sofa and in microwave. The amenities in the bathroom were empty and the internet would connect but had no service.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and I will not again. Once in Sept 2023 and again in Jan 2024. Both times, the right elevator gets stuck on the second floor and beeps all night. I had the room next to the elevator one night so you can imagine how my night went. This last time I stayed in Jan, the shower above my room was leaking whenever the person was taking a shower. I tried calling the reception desk but after several unanswer calls, I gave up. Hotel just feels dated and need of work.

Close to the airport! Convenient shuttle

The weekend stay was superb. Front desk staff was professional, courteous and very helpful. The room was extremely clean. Towels a little scratchy, but it’s a 9.9 rating(just for the towels😁.

Nice place breakfast no so much

Continental breakfast was good, but found it to be noisy in the hallways. Housekeeping opened our door without knocking. The pool was cloudy and dirty looking. The decor is outdated. Showers and decor needs updating. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Would I return, maybe not. If I had a newer more up to date option, I’d choose it instead.

Do not stay at this hotel...they will steal your money. Was told they would put a hold of 100 for the stay...she made it 300 refused to fix it saying it would be dropped after I checked out. 2 weeks latet im stealling deal with my bank to get my money back. So beware.

The room was dirty and the toilet was leaking. The front desk person lied and said he was calling. The maintenance man to come check it out 2 hours later no one showed up. He then says it’s nobody to look at it.

Hot tub not hot, told by staff that is hottest it gets standard on public hot tub is 105 for sanitary purposes wasn’t close. Pool very cold. Refrigerator wasn’t cold. Room was at end of hall so all you heard was door slam every time someone used it. There was also what sounded like a compressor in stairwell that we could hear that was located on 4th and we were on second. Room size says 379sq ft and it was 100sq ft less than that. Parking is $10 per night didn’t realize till we were charged. If you scroll way down on page it is there. Something that should be noted higher up. I even put free parking in filter search and this hotel came up.

Outstanding the pool was cold

There could’ve been a few upgrades to the property and our room, but other than that, we had a good stay.

Website stated heated pool that’s why we booked get there pool is freezing cold maintenance said it’s not heated jacuzzi was roped off filled up had a nasty smell an white foam bubbling

HOT TUB not working. Expectations of working later, next day, etc. Not working - housekeeping skipped my room

The hot tub is cold and i was really looking forward to Relaxing in there.

The Hotel is alright. The rooms are ok, bathroom was not great, water filled tub it drained very very slow, extractor didn’t work, bathroom needs help, needs updating. Other than that ok.

I liked the fact that the hotel was close to food location.

Good location next to Dining options. Morning breakfast coffee needs an upgrade. Mini fridge didn’t work. Comfortable beds.

It's very clean. The room is better what I expected. The only disappointing part I ordered this hotel because of the pool. And their pool was closed.

We were told by the front desk guy that the shuttle’s full at the 4:00AM pickup time, so we could not use the hotel’s shuttle service. We decided to call for Uber instead, but then we saw that the shuttle had plenty of space, even the driver told us he can have a few more space available. It’s just terrible that front desk service was just misleading us about shuttle service, one of the reason we chose this hotel because of free shuttle service to the airport!

We were traveling to DC and decided to do one night in Baltimore . This was an uncommonly poor stay with Springhill . For one night it was ok - but it did start our visit to DC on a sour note. The problems began upon arrival at the airport. We called for the shuttle only to find the hotel phone not working. Attempts to contact the hotel by messaging were not successful as the message was they would respond within a few days. Finally called the Marriott reservation line for help and they were able to verify the phones were indeed not working and we should take a cab. Upon arrival at the hotel we were met by a clerk who was basically able to check us in and tell us the phones were not working. Unable to provide any information about transport how to get to downtown Baltimore or into DC. The only products available for purchase were a small array of water and a few soft drinks. There was no vending and although our room was on the third floor (which smelled heavily of marijuana) I could not find ice anywhere except first floor. Again, no food or vending to be found (late arrival). This property is obviously older that has had a facelift. The next glitch was getting a taxi the next day to go downtown. Next to impossible. Hotel phones still not working. Missed our tour. Had to take a shuttle to the airport to take a cab downtown. Be careful about the bathroom - we got locked out of ours at 4 am. Our checkout cashier was much more helpful.

Great location for traveling out of BWI. Kids were excited for the pool but it was very cold (78 normal pools are like 84) and hot tub was closed. Room was good. Left before breakfast
