I picked the hotel because it said it had four stars. Four star. From the street is the mom said that the carpet too weird talking around the sink. Just soap wasn't full in the shower, etc..

Just about everything was wonderful. Friendly staff, beautiful lobby and dining area. The shuttle driver was SO kind and helpful. Only complaint was there wasn't any ice in the ice maker on my floor and the shower curtain in my room was in great disrepair. It was torn in several places and I ended up getting water on the floor.

Great shuttle service to and from the airport, very handy! Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the warm cookies were delicious! Our room was clean and quiet and we had great service at the restaurant.

Bad customer service and customer satisfaction. Housekeeping banged on my door at 7:45 am and again at 8:10 am. Both times waking me up. Front desk didn’t care one bit.

stayed in the B tower. The heating unit sounded like a train. At 9 pm I called the front desk and told them about it. They said they would send engineering up to take a look. At 3 AM I was awoken to the sound of a freight train, went to the front desk the next day and reported it again. While I was at the front desk, another guest was complaining about his tub being backed up and another guest was complaining about their air-conditioning unit leaking and the carpet being all wet. My tub also was backed up. The response to everything was I’ll let engineering know. Truly disappointment by the conditions of his double tree. The breakfast they offered for $18 does not begin to compare to the free breakfast offered at Holiday Inn Express.

Very nice hotel, but breakfast was not good. Bacon was hard and like rubber, bread was not fresh and orange juice/apple juice is an extra $4 on top of the breakfast charge. Other than that, all good

The room was clean and outfitted agreeably. However, the heating didn’t work well. The window unit was set at 74 degrees when I arrived but it felt much colder; the unit was blowing frigid air. No manipulation on my part could get it warm. I turned it OFF. I called the front desk. Nothing happened for 30 minutes. The room got colder—it was January, after all. I turned it on again, tried setting the temperature to 80… no success, still blowing cold air. The toilet also had a problem with the tank leaking continuously into the bowl, causing the toilet to self flush every 10 minutes. I called again and requested another room. I was extremely tired from a long trip and needed to get some sleep. They said they would send someone, who finally came. He turned the unit on—and the heat came on. He of course thought I was feeble-minded. He looked at the toilet, flushed it twice, said it was fine, not understanding what the problem was (English was clearly not his first language), and left. A little later, the heater stepped working and it blew very cold air again. I bundled up, went to bed lulled by the flushing toilet and not looking forward to the morning, when I packed my stuff and got ready in the frigid room. It was an uncomfortable experience, which could have been avoided by switching me to another room.

I wish the shuttle driver had found us at the designated door 48. Fortunately another hotel's shuttle driver took pity on us and took us to our hotel. (12:40 a.m.)

The breakfast buffet was absolutely horrible paid 18 dollars for dry crunchy scrambled eggs tje french toast needed a steak knife to cut then i have get up at 3am the phone rings after 10pm from desk asking me if i left waller and id at desk you have my name and obviusly was not same as my name why would u call no common sense

Pros: Convenient to airport. Friendly staff. Cons: Room needed major upgrade. Heat system was loud and will disturb sleep. Hair dryer didn’t work. Shower head sprayed into bathroom.

Close to Airport, and shuttle service was a plus. Staff was friendly and room was clean and relatively quiet. Only con was no breakfast, One of the few hotels I visit that does not have some complimentary breakfast option.

The food in the restaurant was good, but the hotel room and the facilities could use a deep cleaning/renovation. The airport shuttle driver was friendly and got us to the hotel quickly.

Other than not being able to park in the parking lot because there weren't any available spaces, it was OK. I had to park in "overflow" parking. The overflow parking appeared to be a lot for the business next door but was most likely closed due to it being a weekend.

Doubletree has wonderful, warm chocolate chip cookies to offer as one checks in. Totally cool and delicious. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the hotel is lovely.

The stay was very good just that the lady at the desk was rude and not friendly, she seemed to be bothered that I had requested an early check in but the young lady who was helping me at first she was trying to accommodate me when the rude lady stepped in and told her they couldn't accommodate me

Terrible service, I did not receive breakfast, cleaning either and a lot of deposit for what they offer and they have not returned the deposit. Horrible service. I booked for Monday, October 13 and I arrived at 5am and they gave me a room at 3 pm.
