Our stay was amazing the first 3 nights, but then the last 3 nights somebody was continuously smoking cigarettes and it affected my wife's asthma. It was reported multiple times and the hotel was trying to fix the situation but our room ended up smelling of cigarettes for our last 3 nights.

It was excellent and the continental breakfast was good ! There was a lot of choices to pick from and the customer service was BEYOND amazing ! Shout out to Leilani for helping me and my family out ! I definitely recommend you stay there!

Very clean facility. Staff is pleasant. Coffee is great. Continental breakfast is like any other continental breakfast. We were impressed on how well our room was cleaned. Would stay here again!

The hotel was decent for the price. The issue I had was I was charged $250 for a damaged towel and wash cloth. It was not damaged my hair is burgundy and it bleeds when I shower. I do take accountability for my hair color coming off on the white towel and wash cloth but I also know these do come out when washed. If you want to charge me for the towel I can accept that what I can’t accept is being charged $250 which is more than my room cost! Spoke to management to resolve this issue and have been waiting for over a week too hear back. Just beware because under the description of the charge they put smoking charges and when I called to dispute they said it was cause of the towel.

The team at Fairfield Inn & Suites was awesome. Check in was quick. Breakfast was satisfactory and the front desk folks were kind and responsive to our needs/request. Used the fitness center which had all equipment in working order. Would definitely stay here again.

We stay just for one night, and we could not sleep at all. The minibar was making noise every two hours (like if it was making ice cubes), we could not disconnect it. Then they have this blue light from the climate control, that cannot be turn off and does not let the room to be really dark. At 9:00 AM the cleaning services knocking the door when check out is at noon. We were not lucky with this hotel.

Online add listed that ALL rooms had smart TV’s. Come to find out that is not true and my room has a very outdated TV and does not meet my expectations. When asked if I could move to another room with the amenity, I was told no. I am not satisfied.

Our stay started out a bit rough as we first got put in a room that had some issues, but the customer service by the night team was exceptional and they got us into a much better room. I will say that it seems like the hotel could use a bit of tlc… but nothing too bad, just what seem like some minor cosmetic issues. Over all the rooms were nice, the staff was wonderful, breakfast in the morning was great… We will definitely stay here again if we are visiting Knott’s again.

The room was clean. Beds and pillows were comfy. Tv was small and the volume needed to be turned up past 50 for you to hear it. Not enough towels, which isn’t a big deal. Otherwise I’d say it was a good stay for the reasonable price I paid. Also, it’s close but not too close to knotts berry farm which is why Im visiting the area. I would come back again. But I’d get a bigger room hahah.

We don’t expect much when traveling on these short little last minute trips, or so I thought…zero room service unless you stay three nights or more. Asked for extra pillows, never arrived. Asked for a crib, didn’t have one. Our room door: the deadbolt activated every time we opened the door with the room key so the door actually stayed fully open unless you were paying attention and hit the handle from the inside also- not so safe with a little one when your room door stays forced open! And for the “meh, oh well” - the hot tub was not working. Oh and the front desk guy didn’t notice us walk in and was hitting his cannabis vape in the office entryway but still in line of sight.

Newly renovated, but lacking in repairs. My room was clean, but something was off with the shower. I used my own shampoo, but I felt noticeably dirty all day, as if there was some film on me. Not sure if it was the water supply, or maybe the towels had too much detergent on them. Also, the hot tub wasn't working, no bubbles and the water was lukewarm, at best. The ice machine wasn't working either.

Staff was great! I was expecting a bit more for a king suite. It was eh to say least. We had to leave as we had a family emergency. We only had our luggage in room never used any of anything not even the rest room. They still charged us. I understand that they needed to, but would have been a nice gesture if they would have waived it. It was average from what I could see we really were not there long enough we dropped luggage and then came back a few hours later when we got a call we were needed at home. But the staff was awesome!

asked for a roll away bed they said that was fine that they were going to bring it up after they brought it up. They called back and said that they needed to take the bed out of the room because it was a fire hazard, which was understandable, but my children were already asleep on it, so they waited until 10pm to call the room and wake us all up to tell us that they’re not going to take it anymore
