The room didn’t have a mini fridge or microwave which is inconvenient, especially when you have leftovers from experience restaurants. However the staff was very friendly.

The hallways abdelevators were very dated. A few walls had some fist-sized dents. However, the room was very clean, updated, and the bed was comfy. Lobby was very nice and inviting. Staff was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful.

It’s a good hotel next to the airport. I didn’t enjoy the pool and didn’t see it. Just looking for a room. The shuttle sounds convenient as the rental car return is super far

The room needs a ,re-do , the toilet ran all night long, the whole bathroom looked just a little shabby. The price was good and the convenience of the shuttle is a big plus.

The TV did not work. Some of the lights didn’t work. There was long brown and grey hairs all over the bathroom and wrapped around the soap bottles in the shower. There were hairs on the towel and the comforter had brown marks on one of them.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. I went to the restaurant for breakfast and it was closed. Jorge happened to hear me and the front desk clerk and accommodated by opening the restaurant and making my order without hesitation. I was so grateful because I was on my way to a hiring event that lasted 7 hours. I returned the next morning on time this time and was greeted by Jorge again and he surpuswd mw and told me that my breakfast would be free since my order from the previous day was made incorrectly. He even congratulated me for landing the job. Thanks again Jorge.

The hotel rooms need updating. No fridge or microwave and the TV’s are analog… it was fine since I literally stayed for some quiet time alone but I wouldn’t stay there again. I need to be able to store my food at the very least.

The phone didn’t work. I requested a wake up call but it didn’t work because the phone was broken. I told them and they said they would knock on our door. No knock! The toilet ran constantly. There were very few outlets. The lobby smelled like pot. And the airport shuttle was late. I would not stay here again.

It was really nice having squirt bottles for hand soap, shampoo and lotion. Better than those little bottles. Comfy bed and the pool/fitness area was adequate and fun for my kids.

Horrible stay the water and plumbing system is so bad they had to move me 3 times in one night and the parking is absolutely awful one of the night I had to go in the lobby and tell them 2 other cars and myself are circling the hotel and there is not one parking on the property and because of that they waived my parking fee but what does that solve when you just wanna get to your room and sleep from an exhausting day.

When I plugged in the coffee maker, the electric to the TV went out. Rearrange room to get the desk and TV console off the same outlet. Thanks for a great night and a great trip to ORD! The driver got me right in front of TSA to save extra steps in my broken foot. 😘 Thank you kind sir!

Worn and dated. Hard to tell how clean due to all the salt from the roads. But the room seemed clean just old. Close to preflight parking which was why we chose it

This property has the best value restaurant of any we have used near O'Hare, fresh salads and interesting if small menu, well prepared. Mains around $18. The hotel and rooms are simple but clean and very functional. Shuttle is reliable but stops at midnight.

CONS: We had 2 shampoos, no body wash, owels were very small, only had 1 wash rag for a double queen room, walls look dirty, no trash bags, holes in mattress, restaurant high priced, wait staff had no customer service skills and lacked waitress skills, etc..... PROS: Close to O'Hare Airport, night staff Amber and Sam were very polite and helpful.

I’d have given a 5, but the hair conditioner dispenser was either empty or broken and the coffee bar in room only had decaf coffee pods.

Main areas were nice and well maintained. Effort was made on them. But the rest of the hotel seemed old and marginally maintained. Parking areas were particularly poor, especially when charging to park. Restaurant was dark and uninviting with limited options and no included breakfast. It seemed more like a bar than a place I'd want to have a morning meal.

Bedroom comfortable. Mattress excellent. Towel quality poor. No was cloths or hand towels provided. Conditioner dispenser broken. Bar and restaurant are convenient and location close to ORD.

What I liked most of all was the staff! The ability to park and take the shuttle to the airport was fantastic. There really wasn't anything I did not like.

The property appears much nicer online. The property in person is old, musty and not well maintained. Our room had mold in the blankets and on the ceiling. There was water damage on the ceiling in the halls and in one corner of our room. The balcony doors were not well insulated and cold air was coming in. We asked for a roll away and when maintenance brought it, we opened the door amd he just pushed the bed in the doorway and walked away. If my flight wasn't within 5 hrs of my arrival I would've went somewhere else.
