Proximity to shopping and dining was excellent. Room was clean but hotel is showing its age. The parking garage is dimly lit. Weather was warm but pool was drained. Breakfast buffet was good but we were served water in a glass that had lipstick on it, which was a bit unsettling considering it wasn't busy.

It’s always a pleasure staying at the Hilton on the Plaza. It’s extremely clean, the staff is awesome & the food is great. This hotel will always be my number 1 pick in the plaza area.

We used the outdoor pool and it was still cold out. The pool was great. We were able to swim into the indoor side to warm up. The staff was all really helpful and friendly. The room was very nice, clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were there Mother’s Day weekend. The street was very busy the night we stayed and we didn’t hear anything. I will definitely stay there next time I’m in KC.
