The location of the property made all
the difference. The landscaping and the grounds around the property were not all that tidy. The stairs and the walkway to our room was unkept. The ice machine near our room was unavailable meaning a sign was present but there was no machine present with ice.
Housekeeping could be better, they never mopped our floors. I found hair in our bathroom which was not ours. The bed was comfortable but the linen should be replaced and they should add a top sheet instead of using a covered previously used unwashed duvet. That was most bothersome. Hilton and their affiliates should all be held to the same level of excellence and that's not being done. However, the staff was most accommodating.
I will probably not repeat this property for the third time in Arizona. I'm looking for better accommodations.

Our stay at the double tree resort in Scottsdale was great! The staff and amenities were on point made our stay exceptional. Definitely would recommend for a budget resort

Staff was absolutely amazing! Ensured that room was up to standards at checked in and stressed if I had any concerns to reach out. Room was clean and cozy. Will definitely return.
