The Broadway is a convenient, great hotel with a welcoming and friendly staff. Comfortable, well appointed rooms, nice roof top bar and great restaurant.

Excellent location, close to everything. The king tub suite was worth the money. Staff was very helpful and the room was very clean.

They took great care of us. Due to an in-progress change-out of the in-room entertainment system, we were unable to access Netflix. They tried to fix that; when they were unable, they comped us free breakfast.
The breakfast was excellent!
Will definitely stay there again, and eat at their breakfast restaurant again!

Peyton at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well appointed. The sofa bed suffered from a super thin mattress and bars pressing into your back, so you would be better off either putting the mattress on the floor or seeing if you can get a rollaway. The upstairs bar had a fair amount of noise, especially if you are on the south side of the hotel, but died down early enough so it wasn’t really much of an issue. Overall, a good experience and would recommend.

For what we paid it wasn’t worth the money. There was dust on the coffee maker and a wrapper under the bed. The staff though was excellent.

The property and staff were very nice. Had a late Sunday evening check in. Was nice to see restaurant still open as well as the bar for a nightcap. Super helpful front desk. Only downside was our sink didn’t drain properly in the bathroom but that’s very MINOR!!

Hotel is definitely a lil outdated, not worth the cost. Shower curtain had black spots, which I’m pretty sure was mold. Tv remote wasn’t clean and had pieces of hair on it. Bed sheets were spotless though! Pillows comfy, bed alright. Saw a concert at The Blue Note so I really liked the location. Parking kinda sucks since it’s in a garage but you can use your hotel key to get in and out at no cost. I’d stay here again but not for $244 a night. Knock at least $50-$100 off. Haha. Hope this helps!

We were just in town for a day and wanted something within walking distance to the campus, restaurants, Hitt Record Shop, etc. Everything was excellent, especially the customer service!

Overall great experience, little disappointed we couldn't get the shower wand to work in the bath tub but the main shower and tub itself worked great. Had a great view of the local culture from the balcony.

The hotel is great. The parking situation needs attention. There is no access to the hotel from the parking garage, and hotel guests must park on the third floor and above. Also, the breakfast in the restaurant was interesting. The syrup, for my breakfast, came in little pull tab containers. I did not expect this was a hotel of this caliber.

Located in downtown with lots of dining nearby. Rooms are fine You don’t want a room on Broadway if the college kids are partying next door cause it’s really loud. While there is parking it’s a pain dealing with your hotel key or digital key to get in and out.

They didn’t have the room that I reserved in advance. I paid extra for an upgraded view and they said that they were sold out of such rooms when I arrived.

Bathroom was dirty. Scum on sink head. Hair shavings surrounding toilet from previous occupant.There were holes in my sheets.

The Broadway is in a great location when visiting Mizzou. It’s an easy walk to campus and many local establishments. The room was nice, clean, and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful with two requests. I’ve stayed here a few times and will stay again.
A very minor drawback is the lack of a customer-accessible microwave oven to heat something from the in-room fridge.

This property is in the heart of Columbia nightlife for students. Sirens, cop lights, crowds until wee hours. The hotel was infested with entitled people in their early 20s, clueless that anyone was around except themselves.

The Broadway is conveniently located in downtown & close to campus. Went to a Mizzou basketball game. Also had a drink at the Roof. Inside is a dance bar which is for the kids & loud! But outside was fun.
