Handicap room was perfect for us.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and we like how they used the space very appropriately for the size.
Room was fairly clean, not sure about bedding. Our comforter was not clean and I was given a new one after asking for a new one and calling the front desk. Only problem was it was the wrong size for our bed. We made it work. Great breakfast that came with our stay. Lots of food choices. Room was a decent choice for our stay. I would stay in a Residence Inn by Marriott again for sure.

The room was dirty and stains on the benches and floors, carpet not clean.. dishes not properly. Kitchen floor sticky. The room was not appealing. We booked it for the use of the sofa bed which was terrible. So was the bedding provided for it. The housekeeping service was every other day and they emptied rubbish and replaced some of the towels. They did not clean, make the beds or anything else. We wanted to sit around the outside fire place which, they told us to turn it on if we wanted had no igniter button (assuming it had been stolen) they didn’t even know it wasn’t working. The whole vibe was that everyone working there does only the minimum… except for one of the ladies who ran breakfast. Breakfasts were great and she was wonderful. Not much room in the breakfast room do we (and we noticed other guests) took breakfast back to our rooms. Would not go back and would not recommend.. the whole place needs a major refurb and to be properly run!

Did not get my room cleaned until the 12 th day i was there we cleaned on our own of course but wasn’t sure of the cleaning schedule. But when she. snd she Cleaned it well!!!

The office staff was amazing, breakfast was also great and the room was clean and comfy. BUT housekeeping was not very tentative to our needs and did the absolute minimum, so we were quite disappointed with them. In the end, we’d stay again and would just hope for better housekeeping services.

There is a highway next to the hotel. It can become really loud. If you are sensitive recommend choosing a different location

Well I didn’t like how I was greeted, this was my first time at the place, the front desk just handed me my keys, I was confused because it’s two other building and I didn’t know which one, so he proceeded to say the number are big on the building. Ok 5minutes of walking slow because ice everywhere nothing shoveled so I’m was being cautious. Get to my room and it had garbage and the bed not made! So I go back to front desk the gave me another room. Now I’m tired and just want to relax. Ok get my bags in the room. I paid for a king bed and was put in a Queen. This room bathroom was dirty so I went out and brought my own cleaning supplies from Walmart because I didn’t want to go through nothing else. But my partner wasn’t happy so I brought it to theirs attention and they gave me a bigger room with the same size bed! I don’t think I’d come back or recommend this place. Especially not during winter and ice paths are throughout the property

Facility is a bit "tired" but comfortable. Location is quiet. Fr our needs at the time it was fine, nothing outstanding.

Reserved a king bed via Expedia but facility had my reservation as a Queen. The nice receptionist upgraded us to a better room. However, a ROACH was on the refrigerator.

I came to NJ with my family and we were five, so, I rented a room for six, it was a studio, very comfortable, full kitchen and appliances, two king beds and a sofa bed, two full bathrooms. I was amazing. definitely will come back.

So disappointed. Long and loyal Marriott clients, this was the first time we booked a Residence Inn. Stayed on the first floor and could hear every foot fall from the unit above us including at 4 AM. Unit is very dated but clean. Towels were like sandpaper. Not the quality I expect from Bonvoy. Just caused us to cancel an upcoming Residence Inn we booked in NYC! We’ll head for Marriott Marquis instead!

Yes it was great the lady at the front desk was so pleasant and nice great smile made me feel welcome and special just for that I will definitely return.and the breakfast was awesome fresh coffee bread eggs waffles as much as I can take in . Blueberry muffins my favorite took a extra one for my trip. The kitchen in my room was super nice the bed great sleep tv dozens of channels.

The room was clean. Door had mechanical issues but that happens sometimes. The toilet would run through out the night which was annoying but otherwise it was quiet and a nice night away from the kids to be alone.

A/C not working when we got to the room. Then we were switched to an adjacent room, but that room reeked of heavy cigarette smoke, so we decided to just stay in the room with no a/c.

I don't do steps, extra charges I did not agreed to, did not like the way I was treated, did not stay at the facility and had to find other accommodations, location of facilty was questionable.

The hotel said that I would be able to extend my stay as needed. Then I was told that I could not extend my stay because they had no rooms available. Then I went on-line and found they did have rooms available.

The staff here are amazing! Energetic, friendly and made my whole team feel right at home. The newly renovated breakfast area was beautiful. The rooms and grounds were well kept and everything was very clean. This is an older property therefore the rooms and buildings showed wear and tear however, it is still maintained well. Again though, the LOVE THE STAFF!!

The hotel is conveniently located and offers a good breakfast buffet. Staff is generally friendly and helpful.
HOWEVER, there were some surprises and downsides:
(1) This "pet-friendly" hotel hit us with a surprise "dog cleaning charge" of $ 150, which was NOT advertised by Travelocity.
(2) Cleanliness (or the lack of): my wife sat down on a kitchen chair and found her backside smeared with a syrupy substance. Later, when I used a paper towel to clean up a few drips of water I had spilled on the kitchen floor, it came up black, and I found that the entire kitchen floor was sticky-dirty. As for the kitchen facilities, the stovetop in the kitchen was encrusted with black crud that would have deterred anyone from trying to cook there.
(3) Maintenance: there is a glass door to the outside which is supposed to open. It is dysfunctional, so we could never get any fresh air.
For the price we paid for three nights, $ 677.44 plus "pet cleaning fee" ($ 150) plus sales tax on that, we felt this was not a great deal.

The furniture was worn and old didn't want to sit on the couch the bathrooms need to be redone and had a wet smell in the room.

The people above us were noisy. Banging and jumping noises started at 11pm and lasted until just after 2am.😩

It was excellent staff was amazing very friendly! Breakfast was great and they were very helpful as the children have milk allergies even making him something without cheese! Awesome place to stay highly recommend it!

I love the place and set up but it is a bit rundown and cleanliness is subpar. Dirty coffee cups in the cabinet cold air return covered in dirt and soot. It’s in the middle of the room impossible to not see it. I have stayed here before because the location is ideal for me. I will likely give it another try but the three strike rule would apply.
