Room was definitely a oilfield worker room complete with grease stains on couch, door that did not work correctly, dead batteries in remote, mold in shower and tile just laying on floor with no thin set to hold it down and no grout between

This place was exceptionally clean and had breakfast ready to go, coffee wasn’t ready though and we just skipped it. Has good parking for large vehicles and right off the freeway, perfect for a last minute stop. Very grateful

The absolute filthest place i have ever stayed. The bed had a big black stain the center of it. The floors were dirty. The linens souled and unravelling. The shower was wired wrong, so cold was hot and hot was cold. The font door doesn't close properly and the chair had dirt all over

The way the door handle worked was strange. Couldn't get in at first. The room and bed were large. It was what we needed.

I’ve previously written a 5 star review for the Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bernalillo, now I’m writing for the Santa Rosa location. I can tell you it’s the same results across the board. Obviously management is doing a great job to ensure the same amount of quality you should expect! The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and considerate, and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately, my family didn’t get to go to the pool this time, but it sure looked nice. I have nothing negative to say about this location or Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham. You always get a good quality deal from them.

Walked into the room and was met by about a dozen flys. When I asked the women at the check-in she suggested that I use the local 4 page newspaper as a swatter. Upon further inspection most things were dusty sinks were dirty, found a spider in the shower curtain and what I can only describe as bug droppings on the night stand. If these things don't matter to you have a great stay.

Was pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was given the exterior and location. Room was totally new, clean, comfortable. If you're visiting Santa Rosa or just passing through as I was, this is a solid value stay in the area. Would stay again.

This property was good for the night sleep that we needed. The night clerk didn't seem to know for sure what she was doing. Kept having to call and ask questions which made check in an even longer process. Parking was limited, lines were hard to see and the spaces were really tight. Found three strange bugs in the bathroom area. I will say though the beds were very comfortable.

The town was rundown. I was hoping for more of the old Rt.66 charm. Very few places to eat. The pool was ice cold for some reason, even though the day was over 100 degrees. Breakfast was OK.

Traveling with my medium sized dog, can be a pain sometimes. Some hotels employees act like being a pet owner, that travels with their pets, means all dogs are going to have accidents in the room or tear things up. Sigh. Days Inn in Santa Rosa, was cool and my dog and their black out curtains allowed me to sleep IN, and avoid that bright desert sun a little longer. :) Driving two days, 12 hour days, a good soft, but firm bed and a nice t.v. to flip channels and snuggle in. Priceless on the road.

This place was supposed to have been remodeled recently. When coming in the rooms looked nice. However the bathroom had not be cleaned at all. The soap was left over in the shower from the previous guests. There was empty toilet paper roll with an almost empty one stacked on top of it. There was hair on the floor that wasn’t ours and our daughter was filthy after crawling on the carpet for 5 mins. It was not the cleanest stay. Not to mention there was a complaint about the front desk person giving out the wrong room key and someone barging in. Well I didn’t think anything of it but then it happened to us late that night. The front desk lady kept messing up room numbers and keys. The remodel would be nice if they took care of it and cleaned the rooms. Positive things though. The beds were average. I have slept on worse. And the decor was nice. The front desk clerk was very friendly and breakfast was average but good. Probably would not stay here again but only due to the rooms not being very clean. We utilized two units and both units was lacking in the cleanliness department.

The only pleasant thing about this hotel was one of the girls that works in the front desk specifically around 4 PM, she was amazing. Other than that the place was absolutely filthy!!! It looked like there was a dog hair everywhere, the towels didn’t look like they were washed, one of them even had a questionable, dry, looking flake on it
