Caleb at the front desk was very personable and friendly on check in. He was very helpful with things to do in the area, restaurant info, etc. He was also the bartender that evening and was responsible and attentive and friendly with the few people relaxing at the bar. Tony Roma's (the restaurant in the hotel) was mediocre. The bartender was nice, but worried about everything other than tending bar. On Friday night, with a bar full of people, the home team in the Stanley Cup playoffs in a tied game on the bar TVs, they tried to get people to leave at 10:15pm to "deep clean that section". They wouldn't tell people they were closed but they refused to wait on tables or look at customers, so they wouldn't order. They said that the lobby bar was open and encouraged people to go there instead. I finally paid my bill to go to the lobby bar, but they had closed at 10pm, even though all the postings, signs, graphics, and information all around the hotel stated they were open until midnight. The front desk host was less than helpful and blamed everyone else for why he had closed it early.

It was really loud in the area I was staying in at the hotel. I could hear my neighbors and the highway. I’ve stayed here many times but this was a first.

Toilet issues, room was sort of small, trash cans were small, no microwave. When issue with toilet were brought up the staff gave me a toilet plunger and said it might be the piping because that room had previous issues with the piping… says pet friendly but the grass areas were covered in trash and even broken bottles

The hotel is overpriced for the quality of the bed linen. held the comforter up to the light, and you could see black dark patches all through out. It was kind of gross. Shower drains all over the floor. Fridge is so tiny nothing can be put in it

Room was nice, at 11 pm someone else tried to enter the room. The front desk asked if I’d come downstairs to clear things up. I called and the room was double Booked. Then a party was happening next door, asked front desk to please ask them to quiet down and nothing changed. I spoke with the front desk in the morning and other than an “oh sorry that happened we apologize” no other responsibility was assumed

The night desk personnel was amazing. The fire alarm went off due to a burst sprinkler and he wasnt phased, was calm, handled questions and was a super bubbly person to make everone less stressed. I also watched him handle a disgruntled guest with poise and calmness while standing firm.

When I booked thru hotels.com it said the rate was $36 and $56 with the breakfast surcharge but I was charged 114.97 plus 143.00. Not cool. Also breakfast was limited even though the same fruit and parfets were the same the whole time. I guess they’d rather throw them out then let the guests eat them. One cup of coffee but juice was extra too. Again not cool.

The property is located close to a lot of businesses which makes it convenient. Every staff member I interacted with was very rude and dismissive. The bedding was scratchy, the TV in my room didn't work, and the toilet continued to run all night. The heater would kick on with a very loud noise waking me everytime. It was not a restful or pleasent stay.

Well, I actually did not get to stay there. I went there and I had $2000 worth of gift cards and they would not take them so they told me there’s a couple other hotels across the way so I stayed at the Fairfield which was the wonderful.

The pillows were not great, the door to open my room was broken so it was hard getting in and out and there was a bad sewage smell on the 4th floor

We struggled with this trip first they didn’t put us in the room we boooked, then our air conditioner broke the 3rd night. And most frustrating that we would leave trash out side of our room not wanting maid service and they couldn’t even take it.

Great room really nice. The only thing I did not like is the front desk staff is either not there or just really doesn't care. Tried to call several times about a very loud room next to mine but no answer and when I went to check out they didn't even acknowledge me. Otherwise it was great. Super clean and nice.

I have stayed in Denver on several occasions with work and for the price this was one of the dirtiest facilities. The rooms appear old there is dirt on the floor in the rooms, the walls are beat up and scuffed. The handle on the shower doer was broken so we had to grab the side of the door to open it. On the signage it the hotel it says grab and go meals and continental breakfast well neither are “continental” they need to specify that the “continental” breakfast costs $15.00 for poor quality food. The front desk staff were less than helpful. I am greatly disappointed and will never be staying at a Delta hotel again.

Even though I reserved a King/Queen way ahead of time, there were none left. The double room was way too small, very little room to walk between the beds. There was a giant crack at the bottom of the door, letting light in from the hallway (that could easily be dimmed overnight). The A/C unit was so LOUD! It also turned off completely in the middle of the night one night, as I awoke in a sweat. There is a nice trail system bordering the hotel property, creating a 15 foot path is all the hotel needs to do, but instead you have to traverse the dirt to get there. There are restaurants close by that are walkable too, but the parking lot isn't designed for foot traffic, such a poor oversight.
