Absolutely nothing

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are disgusting they smell horrible the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors talking. I didn’t get any sleep everyone there seems like drug an addicted. I would never stay here again even if it was free

The whole hotel stunk so bad everytime I went out to the hall/ leave the hotel I gagged the smell was unbearable so did my family. The room was okay wasn’t the best the floor was sticky. The hotel wasn’t very clean and it’s rundown

I should sue the hotel honestly

I didn’t like anything. Worst crackhead hotel ever and the staff at front was rude

The front desk lady that was a manager was rude. I told her I had to service animals and that I had their registration even with me and she asked me what they were four and I told her they are seizure alert dogs. She continued to ask “OK but what are they for?” I’m not sure if she wasn’t comprehending what a seizure alert dog is but I kept repeating it and then she asked me a question that I could’ve honestly sued the entire company for by asking me “oh are you sure you really need two service animals?” And then she continued by telling me that if she catches my dogs in the room by themselves that I will be charged for the pet fee. I left and called Priceline or booking to cancel but since it was the same day, he had to call the hotel first and I told him the situation and he called her and when he got back on the phone with me, he said that she got an entire argument with him over the phone telling him that they will be charging me the one night stay, but thankfully it ended up not getting charged, but I really was very close to seeing the entire hotel for even asking those questions or making threats to make me pay more if they ever caught my service animals alone in the room. The hotel is literally like a Traphouse. Yes, the rooms are big on the right is low. But it is very unsafe. Drugs are being taken in and out of the hotel blues are getting smoked clear is getting smoked a lot of drug addicts. Which honestly those people aren’t even the issue it’s the Hotel staff the way they treat their guests and the way she treated me and my service animals.

TERRIBLE.

Nothing what so ever. terrible hotel

Front desk associate was worthless. Seemed annoyed he had to check me in and do his job. Hotel stunk like smoke and nast chemicals. Beds had pee stains on them. Towels were dirty . Toliet was dirty.

I felt dirty staying there.

The front desk clerk ( didn't catch her name, prrtyy, younger , redish hair with a lip ring I think.) was very kind and helpful. So was the over night/after hours gentleman.

Basically every other aspect of my stay. Most of the staff was rude, unhelpful. The room was disgusting all around.

close to where I needed to be. bed was comfortable. room was clean.

exteriorior was better than interior. interior of property needs overhaul and paint throughout hallways and unit. carpet needs steam cleaned or replaced.

Everything was good except one thing.

I paid a deposit and it's not showing pending on my banking app activity. I am expecting a hundred dollars to go back into my account.

This place is absolutely disgusting and will make you sick.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. We checked in and as soon as we passed through the doors out of the main lobby it reeked of smoke and cat urine. We got up to the room and while my partner was checking the room, the mattress was stained with what looked like urine all over and I was getting nauseous from the smell. We left the room and ended up going to another hotel. My partner tried to get a refund for the room but got a “wellll I need to get a manager but they’re not here right now…” so we just left. He was starting to feel sick too so it wasn’t worth trying to get the money back at that point. This whole building is a health hazard.

Floors were so sticky in Kitchen area and bathroom Clumps of Hair on bathroom floor. Had people knocking on the door before check out time to see if we were still there.

Nothing went well. I did not like this hotel. It was a very unclean hotel.

I would rather sleep in my car.

It should not be open they are obviously having staffing issues and the entire hotel is suffering as a result.

The place was trashed and the employees seemed to not care. The employees also are the worst of any hotel I have ever stayed at.

How many ways can you spell dump?

How many ways can you spell dump? This is a rundown hotel where everything seems gross. The facilities are poorly maintained. There was no shower curtain in the bath. The a/c did not work properly. The wifi was terrible. The beds were small and uncomfortable. The staff seemed confused when they gave me the wrong type of room at the wrong price. If you can possible afford to stay somewhere else you may want to seriously consider avoiding this hotel.

Would be better if they were honest about hotel issues...

The quality for the price was ok.

The staff neglected to mention during check-in that the A/C was out and I had to find out after I got to the room. My 4yr old was sweating and having a hard time. I tried to work with the on-call manager about a refund and they ignored my calls. Had to book a different, nicer place for the same price.

This is a hotel for you and your dogs.

The only thing that I liked about the property was the location. There are food options, the freeway is close, etc.

I was not aware that dogs are allowed, therefore my room was not cleaned. There was no wifi during my stay, and the phone number to call for assistance does not work.
