This is a very nice, clean, comfortable hotel with a good complimentary breakfast and plenty of parking very close to the entrance of Presque Isle State Park. The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious. We were greeted with a smile from Property Manager, Rudy, who was friendly and accommodating. My husband and I stayed for four nights and we would surely stay here again the next time we are in Erie.

The room in some of the corners had debris, The room smelled musky as though there was water in the rug
