This hotel is fine for the money but not a place where you feel welcome.

No breakfast of any kind is offered even though it was stated in the overview that there was something of a continental breakfast offered in the office. For some reason we were given a room with the only broken screen door and broken outdoor light fixture in the place and parking lot looked empty.. curious. Anyway, the screen door rattled in the wind all night. We were too busy and tired to bring this to the attention of the manager.

Great place to stay!

Nice little place! Little old school, little modern. Comfy beds, no bathtub, just a shower. Older furniture, but necessities are all new.

I like having an exterior door. The road noise was a bit much, but that's about everywhere nowadays.

The room was dated, but nice and clean. I had to move a bed a slight bit to be able to open the closet fully, no big deal.

The hot water took a good while to come on. The bathroom could use a shelf for toiletries.

Room was clean. Bathroom remodeled. Walking distance to Country Fair store

Bed was uncomfortable. Took forever for the water to get hot. Need weeds pulled and trash picked up.

Superb

Neat, clean, friendly...old time motor lodge feel, (not a bad thing)... enjoyed it and it was 3 minutes to a breakfast restaurant and 10 minutes to our activity that created the trip.

Room was clean. Management was very eager to make sure all was well.

Some bushes, which I believe was on property of others could have been trimmed back to help with site distance pulling out on to the roadway.

decent stay in presque isle area

the location was great for visiting presque isle and Waldemeer. our 12 year old son loved the pool. the beds were comfortable, most of the room was updated.

there was an awful smell near the door of our room. we finally figured out that it was the bushes. we googled bushes that smell like cat pee… bingo.

Close to Presque Isle and good value. Staff was very friendly. Renovations made rooms much nicer.

Walls are thin I could hear my neighbors.

Friendly staff, clean renovated rooms, and close to lots of things!

The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly! Room looked like it was newly renovated and very clean. The windows opened and there were screen doors on the outside which was very cute.

The room had an odd smell when we walked in but opening up the windows got rid of it!

Nice spot for a weekend get-away trip; great location at a good price.

We loved the location, the renovated room (#50) the friendly and helpful service. Rooms were very clean and presentation. We enjoyed the pool and the general vibe and looks of the place. Very rustic . Very safe and secure- overall great location. Great location , looks and rate.

The breakfast could have offered more options but it was still very good and an excellent way to start the day.
