My husband was just out of the hospital after under going a heart transplant. The extended stay was a perfect option for us. The entire staff from front desk, maintenance, and a SUPER accommodating housekeeping staff couldn't have been more wonderful!!

Unfriendly staff, they do not clean the rooms or collect the garbage, the room is very small, there are no towels to change. I expected more for the price I paid.

My family and I have been staying at your hotel for many years and everytime we are in the Ft. Lauderdale area. It js safe, clean, convenience and we consider the hotel a home away from home.

I stayed for 3 days and unfortunately I was close to the pool and the basketball court, i couldn’t sleep for the noise and that made me not enjoy. The rooms can use a lil updating as the furnitures appear old. The location was close to everything I needed

Nice hotel in Plantation, comfortable spacius and nice amenities, room is so good. a great restaurant across the street and safe neighborhood, just I can't believe parking lot has a cost of $5 per night, it is very weird in this area

There was no sign in front of the lobby, so I drove around the parking lot twice before seeing the small 130 sign and found check-in. Thank goodness that it was light outside. The door to Bldg 2 that I was told to go in, didn't work and I had to use the side door. The buildings are not secured (campus style) which didn't make me feel safe. The room was as expected and breakfast food was good. I will not stay here again.

No frills hotel - very clean and comfortable room. Loved the space in the room and the kitchen. Staff were all friendly and the continental breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful proximity to the airport, and it’s a straight shot on I595 to the artery on which the hotel is located. Within 2 miles of 3 major banks, multiple fast food and sit down restaurants, major retail malls mid and high end, Walgreens Pharmacy and a Whole Foods grocery. Next door to a gas station. Spacious studio, large bathroom with good shower pressure, rocking A/C, television and kitchen with all the necessities. All at a great daily rate. My only negative is that the access door to the building I stayed in takes too long to self-close to guarantee security.

Now that COVID measures are relax, I would except daily house keeping. Cleaning was every other day and was not mentioned to me during check in was an issue for me.

Residence Inn was really nice and convenient. I love the fact that it was well kept and the customer service was a plus. In addition to being well kept the property was also close in distance to alot of shopping and dinning places. Definitely would recommend and book again.

Stayed at three different Residence Inn while on vacation and this one was by far the best. Spacious rooms, friendly staff and lots of parking available. Everything we needed was also in close proximity. We definitely stay there in the future.

My family stayed there for one night because we were traveling on an early morning flight the next day and wanted to stay somewhere relatively close to the airport. The agent at the front desk was really nice and helpful. The scent throughout the hotel was awful. It smelt like wet carpet. The first room was unbearably stink and we requested another room. This time the scent was masked with some fragrance but it was still stink. We promised never to stay at this location ever again.

Its a hard and stressful job working in hospitality on a whole its either you like it are you dont like it .most of the front desk staff dont like the job and their dislike of it the makes the guest don't want to be there.

TV guide did not accurately portray what was being shown. Bathtub dangerously slippery and no mat provided to prevent slip and fall which I incurred exiting the tub and consequently broke my wrist, There is a charge for parking now, last time I was there it was free. Other than that, it was a nice comfortable room.The hotel is tucked away from the busy, noisy street so it's a pretty pleasant area.
