Customer service was excellent. This was not my 1st stay in this hotel and once again Carlin helped me at check in and was beyond welcoming. Her attitude is what sets my stay experience here apart from other hotels.

The staff was great very friendly and approachable. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, the fridge didn’t work, the coffee cups were missing and the tv randomly turned on and off. We weren’t able to move but it was offered. We were given a $20 voucher for the bistro which bought a cup of coffee, side of bacon and fruit cup.

The first room they put us in was moldy and dirty with used tissues and garbage on the floor to somebody else’s body hairs on the toilet seat. The room they moved us to was at least cleaner but still had a mildew smell.

It nice clean place when you walk in and the young lady that checked me in was very nice and friendly, my room was nice and clean can’t complain.

Although the hotel accommodations were excellent, THIS IS ONE OF THE NOISIEST PLACES I HAVE EVER STAYED. Neither my wife nor I got any sleep due to the outside noise. I know you can't control that but I think you need to know that that factor really influences my decision as to whether or not I will return. In this case, I won't.

It was easy to access from I-84. The facilities, while conforming to the boring and tasteless design paradigm of "hotel," were nevertheless clean and in good condition. I would stay there again.

The Manager was very bad if that was my place I would get rid of her asap she doesn’t know how to manage the worst stay I’ve had at any hotel I’ve stayed in my life when you pay your hard earned money to a place you are looking to get at least somewhat good service

The staff ranged from friendly to fine. The stay was overall uncomfortable due to the shabby conditions and poor cleanliness of the hotel. Ex. Empty water bottle and debris under the bed, the floor in the room had clearly not been vacuumed, I even found a false eyelash on the floor!! Gross. The walls are banged up and scratched, moldings and trim, cracked and broken. The fabric on some of the chairs in the lobby were ripped. Overall, it was poorly maintained and poorly cared for.

There was an area of the floor, near the window that the carpet was totally wet. We reported it, but the issue was addressed with us. Furthermore, the vent to the a/c and heater was full of mold or dust. Not a very clean hotel. Very disappointed

My husband and I were staying for a couple days for a business trip. 1st night was great, we checked in early and tried a local spot to eat at. Second night, it took a turn as we met the second shift and it took housekeeping almost an hour to bring up fresh towels and bedding, (wrong size bedding) my husband goes down to talk to the receptionist and told her we can grab our own towels if it’s easier, she points to the housekeeping manager, so my husband says it to her as she waves him off with a dirty look and said I’m busy and goes into the back.. We ordered in and stayed in for the night to avoid second shift. The next day I go out to meet my husband when he gets off (after 3, so second shift is in) and there literally pointing at me laughing (is it cause I have scoliosis)? We decided to order in again to avoid night shift but they wouldn’t let the deliver guy up this time? For the price of this hotel, the couches should not smell like that and in 2023 I should not have to stay at another hotel for our last two days of our trip cause we felt bullied for wanting towels.. Thank god Jesse and Justin made things right, but we still felt uncomfortable staying.
