Was not impressed with our stay. We booked a non smoking king size bed room, the bed was just two twins placed beside each other so we kept sliding into the crack the bed and sheets were all stayed up. It stank of cigarettes and marijuana also there were cigarette butts by the bed. The couch had dirty socks and dirt hanging out of it and on it. There was roaches crawling on the counter and in the bathroom.

We love staying here every year for OKRF! It's nothing fancy but it's clean, the staff are AMAZING and it's close to nearly everything; including OKRF. 10/10 will come back every year.

the sheets had burn holes in them. the bathroom door handle was barely hanging on no plug for the tub. the microwave was cracked. the smoke alarm was missing. On the plus side no Bugs the staff was great on check in.

The smell of the office was horrible and smelled like mold. We could park in front of door of our room. The property looked uncared for. Inside the room was equally dirty and worn out. It smelled old and unclean.

They had roaches everywhere the room smelled like old cigars even tho it was a smoking room I’ve been to plenty motels and hotels where they did not smell as horrible as that room also the sheets were not clean we used our own blankets pillows n sheets smh do not recommend this motel to nobody staying nor visiting Muskogee

We were just passing through the area, but traveling with 3 small children is easier if you have a place to spend the night. Our stay was ok. The room was clean enough, though there was McDonalds trash left in a drawer from the day before *according to the receipt on the bag) and I'm not sure any furniture had been moved around to clean behind. It was a very basic room for a very basic price. We slept well enough. The breakfast area is little more than a nook for a coffee pot and a muffin stand. In no way do I think the manager has any say in how breakfast service goes, likely that's a corporate decision. But I would hardly call a muffin and coffee "breakfast." There would have to be a space expansion to accommodate a full service breakfast area, but I think it would be worth it for corporate to look into. There's other hotels in the area that are competitively priced but offer a real breakfast. The manager on duty was a nice guy, and got us checked in to our room quickly.

We had a roach on the door frame and the top sheet was full of burn holes. There was also a tick in our bed. The shower curtain rod was about to fall off the wall.

As soon as we got into the room we saw little bugs (probably roaches). We call the from desk and she just moved us 2 rooms down. And the rooms were not the cleanest either. Won't be going back there.

We came in dropped our suitcases off and went and got dinner. Came back and decided to take a shower. Turned on the shower then the lights. There was cockroaches ALL OVER THE PLACE!!Called the office and she put us next door. Got into my suitcase and there were cockroaches in it!!!! Unbelievable..... let them know and NOTHING!! I had 3 day's there. We ended up going to my Aunt's house because of the roaches!! I expected her to AT LEAST to give me 1 room refund but no!! We won't be back at all !!!

The room stunk when we got there. Clearly, smokers are allowed as it reeked of cigarettes. The first night wasn't bad noise wise, the second there was a party of escorts next to us and a dog barking. The sink in the bathroom needed repairs, there was no way to plug it up. There were roaches in the tub crawling around. We were afraid to take off our shoes for fear of the floor being dirty. The dust ruffle looked like it had semen on it. Place was disgusting!

The staff I talked to were extremely friendly and tried to be accommodating. The room was disgusting, nasty bed linens with blood on them and to make matters worse, I was told there were no clean linens. The gentleman at the front desk offer to move us to a different room. The toilet seat was broke! Cockroach on wall. Bath towel hadn’t been washed it was covered in makeup!!! Floors were so dirty you didn’t want to take your shoes off!!! Would never stay there again!

Building has settled, cracks around door, older facility, just really seems tired and overly used. Shower dim and stained, heat in ceiling didn’t work. Air worked well, TV fine. Not many channels to choose from. Place needs a gutting and remodel.

When I booked, I requested bathroom accessibility, but hotel didn’t get that information, so they gave us a room with accessibility, but only a double bed. They readily changed the room to a King bed as I had ordered. It was very comfortable, and the service was above average as well as friendly and accommodating.

The room smelled musty/moldy. Black mold in the bathroom, unable to use tub (no plug). Plastic bag wrapped around smoke detector (fire code violation). The bag had been there a long time as it had been painted around. Needed to use tissue to kill bugs around the room. Worst experience at a Wyndham hotel.

I brought a big group of 22 and rented 7 rooms, the rooms did not have pull-out couches as instructed on site, that was 1. One room has bedbugs and they refused to refund, one room had bullet hole in mirror and the door had been kicked in at one point in the past so didn't shut correctly, no maid service after 1st day, was overall a bad experience and I spoke with the front desk and manager to no resolution. DO NOT STAY WITH FAMILY OR BRING YOUR STUFF IN.

I was told at check-in that i could have late check out, 12pm. At 11am, housekeeping started knocking and front desk called saying they dont have late checkout. The room had dead bugs in the floor. Cleaning was not thorough. Only one bath towel in the room.

I am all about cheap an no frills. When in Oklahoma we only sleep in the hotel. We arrived a day early and they happily added a day and allowed us to check in early but we paid almost double for the one day. My friend cleaned the room with Clorox wipes because it was really nasty and we washed sheets and blankets because we were not positive of their cleanliness. The maid only cleaned room 1 time in 4 days. Had to go to office for clean towels. Definitely gone down hill since was there last year. Will be looking for new accommodations next year.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Bed was clean and comfy. The room had a heacy mildew smell but all it needs is a little maintenance and cleaning on the air conditioning unit. Still had a comfortable and nice stay. The breakfast is muffins and honey buns, no complaints here! A motel serving even that is few and far between. Will stay here again!

One of the reasons I picked this hotel with because it had a free English breakfast. I’m on a very strict diet and a banana a hard boiled egg would be perfect. It said English breakfast included I was told to check in there was only coffee available. On their website it says coffee and a breakfast item did not get that. Although the hotel was adequate it does not live up to the super eight standard of other motels I was a little disappointed in the whole experience.
