The hotel couldn't find the reservation for the guests ahead of us. The clerk asked other employees to come help us while she looked for it. They refused. The cleaning people in the hall outside our room were standing there talking very loudly to each other. The breakfast was just ok, nothing special. The air conditioner kept changing the temperature we set it on.

Front desk personnel were great. Daily room service was not good. Missed some days and we had to go to the front desk most days to get the things they forgot to leave, like towels, cups, soap etc. Breakfast kept getting smaller everyday until all there was was cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, and potatoes.

When trying to check in, there was only one person and she became overwhelmed. She was running out of key cards and i felt very bad for her. So check in was a slow process. The sign on the wall said there was a manager on site but no one showed up to help her. My room was fine for one night but my grandkids room was in bad shape looking like the bathroom door had been kicked in. It was okay for one night only.

We waited 20 minutes to even get checked in. Once checked in the front desk said they weren't sure if they had our room because sometimes the reservations don't transfer over from hotels for com. When we reserved we reserved a suite. She told me they didn't have any left because they were fully booked. That pissed me off. She then told me they had one left. Then proceeded to tell us they were almost out of room keys so they would limit how many we can have. Once in the room we pulled the pull out couch out and the springs were showing through the bed. I was not putting anyone on there. We went down to ask for extra bedding they said they were out of blankets and gave us a bed padding to use instead of a blanket. When I finally fell asleep, I woke up a couple hours later and my back was killing me and the pillows sucked. We left early. We're able to grab breakfast early there and that was good. But other than that, I will NOT be staying again.

Dirty place, pool was gross cloudy. In the early morning my husband went to pack the car and there is a locked front doors that don’t let you go outside. If you make it outside the key cards don’t work to let you back inside.

Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. There were no washcloths or hand towels, we had to go to the front desk to get them. Also had to ask for an additional bath towel as the one that was left was full of stains. The coffee pot used K-Cups, but we were given a single serve coffee bag used in a different type of coffee pot. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and this is the first time we have had any issues.

Checked in, front desk gal was friendly but we got up to our room and it was obvious someone was already staying there (suit case on the bed). Make you nervous to stay there wondering if someone might randomly open your door.

Was an amazing stay Staff was super friendly had a wonderful breakfast with multiple choices not that old boring quick stuff like actual sustenance. Room was clean and had really great hospitality. 10/10 would recommend

Check in was fine but one of the queen size beds in our room was broken and fell over any time weight was put on it. We were going to try to get by with the broken bed but discovered the toilet didn’t flush. We requested a new room and were given one down the hall. It was comfortable but just didn’t seem clean. The towels were super dingy and stained and we only got two bath towels for 4 people. Breakfast was meh. The hotel was ok but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Front desk staff was lovely & helpful but cleanliness & comfort was subpar. Old food from previous guests was still in the fridge when we arrived. Not a huge deal, we put it in the trash. But starting the second night we asked for our trash to be taken out (the old food plus we had a kiddo in pull ups) & for towels to be replaced & that never happened. We asked the cleaning staff who were working on a room a couple doors down. Came back that night & nothing done. We asked the front staff & they assured us it would be taken care of. Nothing. We even saw that our room was penciled into the cleaning schedule left on the housekeeping cart for a full service clean of our room. Came back that night & still nothing. We went down to the front & asked again & the guy at the front desk came up & collected the trash & towels himself at that point. I’m all for not doing daily cleans but the fact that housekeeping didn’t come once during our 5 night stay despite multiple requests where we didn’t even want/need full service (literally just trash & towels) was a bit much. Though it doesn’t seem like they do a great job even when they do “clean” since in addition to the un-emptied fridge there was dust everywhere, splatters on the wall, & when we took out the trash there was garbage juice in the bottom of the trash can. Pillows were also horrible, the filling separated into clumps & the bed was very springy. Unfortunate experience with the exception of the gentleman working the front desk

The property had a sign from the oklahoma tax commission about not complying with the tax code ... one of the rooms i rented the inner door lock had screws loose connecting it to the door ... no on site laundry as the only washer they had was broken

The room I had booked wasn’t available and the receptionist ended up having to give us two rooms for the price of one to accommodate my family of five. Both rooms didn’t have shower curtains. The room my husband and son stayed in didn’t have any towels and the chair in the room smelled and looked like it had recently been vomited on. The room I stayed in had no bathroom door knob, rust all along the door frame and calking all on the floors and missing baseboards and ripped up carpet. They rooms just seemed to be in rough condition.

I was disappointed with our stay. I’ve always had high regards for BW. Our room was clean, freshly painted. Hard to know which thermostat to use in room(wall or radiator). No toiletries. Phone didn’t work to call front desk. Room clock broken as was one of lamp fixtures. Breakfast was good.

The staff is nice and courteous;however the guest room on the first floor smells like septic tank very bad,after turning on the air conditioner,the smell became a little bit fine,but still unbearable,not enough cabins or sofa in the room also,won’t recommend.

My husband had surgery and i had to stay in a motel. This motel was very clean, beds were comfortable, and had easy access to the hospital. The employees were very friendly and always helpful. Will be staying there again if need be.

Super dirty, pull out couch still had dirty sheets in it and the mattress was stained. There were no towels or toilet paper in the room, the refrigerator didn’t work, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in years.

The room reserved was not clean, meaning housekeeping never touched it — the beds were unmade, lights still on, a Gatorade bottle on the floor and other trash present.
We got in at midnight, to sleep before continuing our trip in the morning. I reserved a room for six (two queens and a sofa bed) but no rooms if that type were available (both were dirty). We had to settle for a room with two beds while two of my kids slept on the floor.
The employee was very sweet and apologetic, even going up to check rooms before switching us to them. I simply don’t understand why the rooms would not have been ready. I suspect that to be a management issue.
