Windows were so dirty u coulsnt see out of them. Pool was disgusting. Moldy smell and visible mold in bathroom.

Breakfast was a joke. 1 waffle maker and some Jimmy Dean microwave sandwiches. No butter for the waffles. Our counter in the bathroom looked like it broke and was tilting toward the floor. I won’t stay there again.

Coffee pot didn’t work, phone didn’t work, lamp plugs didn’t work, tv was slow, used underwear in the corner of the room.

Front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. We had a late arrival and she called to check on us about an hour before we got there. Continental breakfast was very sparse; hot food options were a microwaveable breakfast sandwich or waffle, other choices were cereal, fruit, granola bar, yogurt. Overall the hotel was clean, we felt adequately safe, and it was easy to drive to. The room itself was so-so, definitely dated and in need of repairs. But for an inexpensive overnight stay, not too bad.

The hotel was not as shown in the pictures. It was very dirty and housekeeping was not good. Had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the room. Also there is a mold mildew smell in the hotel. The manager was very nice and apologetic but be aware if you are looking at the pictures and expecting a clean environment. Also the hotel.com customer service was not helpful at all when I complained.

The check-in staff were friendly and efficient. From that point on, everything went drastically downhill. On the way to our room, we noticed the indoor pool had a “Pool Out of Order” sign on the door. The hotel itself was very shabby. As soon as we got into our room, we could see that our window frame was broken to the point that if you pushed on it slightly, the frame came away from the sill completely. There was no hot water so bathing was in lukewarm water. But you wouldn’t want to spend much time in there anyway because of the black mold in the tub. There wasn’t any extra pillows or blankets in the room. It actually may have been the worst hotel I can remember visiting.

The employees are awesome and very helpful. The hotel could definitely work on its cleanliness, the bathtub shower needed a good scrub and some tilex.

I have stayed at many Comfort Suites and had a pleasurable experience. The staff was very nice and attentive; however the condition and cleanliness of the hotel is rundown. There was an odd smell in the room.

Staff was excellent. The air conditioning in the first room we were given was not working at all, and the clerk quickly found us another room. All desk employees were friendly and provided good service. Motel condition could have been better ... but I've stayed in a lot worse. Breakfast was satisfactory but I would not book the room based on the breakfast ... frozen breakfast sandwiches and waffles with some pastries.

This is a friendly and clean budget hotel. Our bathroom door hinge didn't work well. You had to lift the door to get it to close. The hotel was out of bar soap and the rooms did not have hair dryers. I would stay here again because the staff did the very best with what they had and the entire hotel was clean.

My room had no sheets on the bed and the phone was broke lights didnt work. I wwnt to desk requested another room the new room had no clean towels and a dirty mirror the drawers to put your clothes stinked like mildew.

This was one of the dirtiest hotels we've stayed in. Trash in elevators, walls smeared with mysterious stains, and the rooms had a very musty smell. It was gross enough, I wrote a review, which I rarely do.

Lobby entrance smelled musty, bottom of curtains in room had black on them (not like mold, I don't think...just need washed), where the shower and tub meet needs cleaned with bleach, black in corners. Other than that, my stay was great, everything was stocked and working properly and was quiet.

This hotel was the worst I have stayed in, I saw black spots on the restroom ceiling I am not sure if that was mold, the hall ways were dirty the walls the floors. There was a sign in the lobby that said they were remodeling that was a lie, I did not saw any construction in progress. when we got there there was no towels in the restroom. There was another visitor complaining of several things in his room. He told me he was change three times because something was wrong with the rooms. The windows not clean they looked green from the outside. Worst experience ever very disappointed

Room smelled musky. Mildew or mold on the bathroom ceiling. Neither tub nor shower head were cleaned. There was only a bath mat and toiletries; I went back to the front desk for towels. No coffee cups left in the room and 2 opened/empty coffee packages were left behind (also one regualr and one decaf coffee). Mattress cover had several dark stains that showed through the fitted sheet. Floor wasn't vacuumed. I went to Wal-Mart down the road and bought Clorox Cleanup and Lysol to clean and disinfect the room myself, to insure it was done (and done properly).

This property was in unkept conditions. carpet stains filled the hallways and room. Dents, scrapes and wallpaper falling off the walls lined the halls. The elevator looked like no one ever swept or mopped it and it was hot. The room I stayed in reeked of urine, the bathtub had questionable stains in it. The staff was less than professional both in appearance and manners. This was a bad experiance overall! Needless to say I didn't even eat their breakfast.

Was completely unable to use the pool area. Black mold and smells horrible. Was very disappointed as we have a 3 and 2 year old who were wanting to use the pool.

On arrival, the room we were given didn’t appear to have been cleaned, no vacuumed or dusted and the bed appeared to have been hastily made. I requested another room and it was cleaner but again, hastily done and the toilet didn’t work! The front desk agent came up and said the chain in the tank got hung up but it should be fine. It had to be redone each time the toilet was flushed! Easily the second worst place I have ever stayed. The ac was super loud and with the location being off the highway, it was convenient but very noisy. I’m glad it was a one night thing, I chose it because of the high cleanliness rating but found it not to be true. NOT HAPPY!!

I liked that there was a buffet right across called Yummy Yummy and it was in fact yummy. The restrooms need ac and also needs a little more cleaning.
