Hair in shower and floors dirty on check in. Pressure in shower not enough to even rinse soap out of hair. Breakfast packages of muffins and juice only.

Beds were terrible, pillows were terrible. The room next to us had a dog that barked for over an hour. They offered us another room. We moved rooms. The TV next to us was so loud we could hear every word. It seems like people live there. The walls are so thin. Seems more like a low income rental property than hotel.

Upon checking in I had to pay extra for my dog and that was fine but they refused to let me put it on my card and made me pay cash for it. The room was not very clean. The bedding was stained, the floor was not been sweep or mopped.

Quick overnight before a cruise. Staff was friendly, but room was nothing to rave about. I did see a roach in the bathroom, which was annoying..bed was hard.

Hotel was clean but its near train tracks. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The bedding could be better the covers and pillows were thin i would give it a 4 out of 5

Only problem was tv had some weird glitch that turned off every few minutes. They were great and sent someone up to fix it. Didn't fix problem.

The property has recently been updated, which was nice. It's not fancy, but it's clean and they provide toothbrushes which we thought was nice. The room they originally assigned to us hadn't been turned over, so we had to go back to the desk, but it was no problem.

The room was very clean and nice. There are very friendly. The only thing is a train comes through , if you are a light sleeper. It is not a fancy hotel but worth the stay.

The place is full of Roaches, and when I spoke to the owner about that, he told me that we will take care of this problem. After we came back, it appeared that he had not done anything and the room was full of Roaches, and no one was talking to him except the night worker, and this is what forced me to buy an insecticide at my expense to complete the night.

Well when I walked in a was happy till I noticed that they had used too much cleaning agent on their floors. Then this morning I took a shower and fell due to my feet slipping and sliding out from underneath me.

Everything is like new or nearly new. The room has a real nice bed with a foam mattress, a full fridge with freezer, excellent tv, bath is very nice and all is clean.

We stayed in room 215. The front desk clerk Adeline (? or Adelin?)was top notch, couldn't have gotten better service from anyone throughout our stay. She was extremely personable and helpful. I hope that Scottish Inns does everything they can to keep her around. When we had an issue she took care of it immediately and was always on the spot with a suggestion or helpful comment when we were looking for something to do.. As for the property, the ONLY complaint we have is that the bed was like sleeping on a marble slab. It was not comfortable at all. Otherwise, the property was excellent. Loved the small kitchenette in the room and the cleaning staff did a superb job of taking care of the property.

The motel was clean & staff was friendly & accommodating. The room was clean. My only complaint is the lack of “free breakfast” as stated in the amenities. Sign on the lobby wall read Breakfast served from 6am to 9am. At 6am, the lobby door was still locked & no food was put out. I rang the attendant doorbell & was told breakfast hours were 7am to 10am. When I returned at 7am, lobby door was still locked & no food was put out. Other than the lack of free breakfast, my stay was good.

Fast check in/out. Room was decently clean with no foul odors or mold issues, however there were a few small spots of a sticky substance on the bathroom floor near the toilet and behind the door. Bed was comfortable enough. Breakfast was virtually non existent (some great value yogurt, prewrapped mini blueberry muffins and juice) but that's to be expected when the overall price for a room is so affordable. Some vagrants in the area, as it is right next to a gas station. Parking lot was well lit with plenty of security cameras. Wasn't blown away by the accomodations but I would certainly stay here again. You get what you pay for, keep expectations reasonable and you won't be disappointed here.

I really liked stating here. The beds and room was very clean. I was very surprised as the room came with a 4.3 Cu. Ft. Mini Fridge with Top Freezer and this made it easier to buy food to eat in the room instead of going out to buy food 3-4 times a day. The room also came with a full sized ironing board and iron, a desk to work at with phone jacket a nice sized tv, alot of drawer space, a mini sink and alot of cabinet space. The bathroom was spacious and I liked the fact the shower had dual dispensers for shampoo and body wash. The owner was great, he was very flexible as I needed to stay another night, and he worked with me. The things that I would have appreciated are ,a non-slip surface in the tube and firmer pillows on the bed.
