Pool closes at dusk, so we paid a resort fee but never got to use the amenities. Restaurant was supposed to open at 8 am, but no staff showed up to work so it didn't open until 9:30. Had to drive off property for breakfast. I will not stay here again.

My grandson and I had a good stay. The air conditioning was perfect. But the hot tub was broken and it had no warning - so we got in it before finding out it didn't work.

It was a WONDERFUL surprise. The reservation I had for another hotel fell thru. Thus reservation was made at 3:50, Thursday afternoon for the next two days. It was AWESOME!! ESPECIALLY loved the pool area!!

Last minute trip but For the price it was okay my boyfriend loved the cookies of course, but be prepared for the extra $176 for deposit, hotel fee & parking fee. But I was definitely expecting Gaylord palms type of service and rooms for the price.
But the only real issues I can say is you definitely can hear the people on top of you, I wasn’t expecting that and their valet area is too small so definitely over crowding to get your car. But overall I would stay again if I needed too.

I didn’t like the experience

I don’t know where to start…. We’ve been here 4 times in the past 8 yrs and this will likely be our last. The hotel is tired and needs TLC, and so does the staff. The restaurant could do a great business but it is mid-managed and under staffed. Our room needed the bath tub caulked in several places. The hallway carpets never saw a vacuum in the 5 days we were there. Bottom line is Hilton is charging beach front prices for, as a local Uber driver said, Days Inn quality. We had a couple reasons to call the front desk but could never get an answer. Sorry but the fresh cookies at check-in don’t make up for it all. Overall I give this hotel that used to be a solid 8, a 2-3. I would never refer anyone here. It would be embarrassing for us!

Seemed understaffed which may have been the reason for not so clean room, long checkin lines, no food service at the bar at 3:30, etc.

The music at the pool bumps until well past midnight even on weekdays and I could hear it in the room several floors up.
Room was clean and stay was comfortable. I had a nice meal down at the restaurant, too.

The best thing about this place was the location! Right on the bay and just across the street from the beach. The pool was absolutely wonderful. For that reason alone, we’d stay there again for the kids’ sake. The restaurant was good but very pricey. I’m going to be honest, the hotel staff was not in the least bit helpful. I asked 3 different people what time the pool closed and got 3 different answers. The last person did not speak a bit of English, she was a housekeeper and could not understand a single word I said. I tried to call the front desk probably 10 times and never got an answer. I was also not prepared for the hidden fee of about $34 upon checking in after I had already paid my dues with hotels.com. The room wasn’t super clean. Smelled a little funny and the sheets did not smell fresh at all. The refrigerator was leaking water so I had to put a towel on the floor next to it. Also, they charge a ridiculous $40 a day to park there, non-negotiable. But again, the pool was just so good for the kids that we’d stay again.

Terrific hotel. Great room and close to the Hollywood boardwalk.

It was my wife birthday and she loved the accommodations.

I had just gotten in from LA and I was exhausted I went to the front desk, and the young lady helped me and I advised her was extremely tired and she told me she was going to try to get my room early. It was amazing she helped me she was the best. thank you very very much I received my room it was clean I showered and I went to bed. Everything was in order and Tech. There was only one downfall the room where I was at like early morning like four 3 o’clock 4 o’clock. It was a lot of trucks delivering, but it’s understandable, but it was a little noisy so it woke me up other than that everything was good Inas

The service was not great. I checked out on Thursday February 1st at around 7a. We needed a buggy to put our luggages. A male (blue jacket) at the front desk stated we’d have to wait even though there was one sitting around with a luggage on it. I really disliked his tone. After waiting for 10mins and no extra buggy in sight, we went back to the room to get our bags. My companion forgot her wallet in the room and we didn’t have the key so she let the same guy know. He asked for ID but she explained it was in the room. When she gave him the room number, I guess he assumed my friends last name was Castillo because he went into a rant about how it was odd that my friend being Haitian had that last because it is a Cuban last name. He also said a lot of Haitians go to Cuba to work in the sugar cane fields. That was a racist and colorist thing to say and we were very offended. I also observed how he well he treated the other guests and I felt like he gave us subpar treatment. I checked in on my birthday and the lady at the front desk didn’t even bother to acknowledge it when she asked me for my ID.

I have mixed emotions about the stay. The room was very clean and comfortable and that's ultimately what we stay for, right? My only concern was the customer service or lack of. Funny, I was there for a business retreat and I'm in the customer service business and I feel like this establishment really slacked in that area. The restaurant/bar service was awful which we used multiple times. Check in/out was fine but very lack luster. I didn't really feel welcomed, just "attended to". Bottom line... Just kind of... Meh.

They overcharged me.
Almost double.
The front desk guy was not cool.
It’s an old hotel- not really nice and certainly not worth price.

Rooms need fresh paint and nicer toilets as expected from a 4 star hotel. Furniture is good. One younger woman receptionist at the check in counter was very extra professional and nice. Don’t go here in the winter. They don’t provide heat. At night it was extremely cold.

Kristine and the Manager on Duty are always alert and kind to the guests.
I can tell their interactions with the guests are genuine.
The team here is very accommodating and I can tell they have good culture.
The cleaning ladies are polite, and the Valet team is top notch.
I can’t wait to stay here again.
Many thanks!

This property was very clean and safe. The front desk was very pleasant to deal with and very easily accommodated our late checkout.

Very dirty, rooms & hallways. We witnessed the staff yelling at other customers

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. Within my first 12 hours there, I was locked out of my room 3 times because they forgot to charge the battery of the door lock. We left the room the next day and arrived back to a strange man (who did not work at the hotel) inside the room, fixing the lock - with all of our valuables out! The pool is gross and the pool furniture is from the 80’s yet they charge you a HUGE resort fee for literally nothing ($300 for 5 nights!). Unfortunately, I had food poisoning on my last day and the staff were rude and lacked compassion or empathy. They basically told me I had to get out or they’d charge me. I was so sick that I had to pay the charge and then relocate to another hotel. It was dehumanizing. No one ever answers the phone. Avoid this hotel at all costs - it was a nightmare!

Unimpressed by this hotel and disappointed to say so after multiple stays. The location is great and that’s where it ends. Customer service at the front desk has declined - just as we’ll be served by robots. The hotel is run down and in need of a serious refurbishment and cleaning. Fees you should be aware of: $30 dollar ( US) resort fee- note you pay this whether you make use of the beach chairs or not. Ridiculous considering beach chairs are on a first come first served basis. Good luck if you need to extend your stay - $25 per extra hour. If you plan on eating at the onsite restaurant the food and service are decent - just beware of the jack hammering during the dinner hour which is what we experienced on our last evening. The 7 am thundering garbage truck is another lurking irritant to consider before booking. As mentioned at the outset have stayed here repeatedly and regret giving my business. Suffice to say we will not be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the coffee bar near the front door. But on the final day we were here, the vacuuming in the hallway started at 6:30 am. Also, the menu at the restaurant has been reduced drastically.

Location is quite convenient, most staffs are very friendly. Yard in parking area is a mess, tree branches and leaves accumulated in corners. Dinning is very pricy.

The hotel was very clean, from the lobby, hallways, rooms and bathrooms. The views from the hotel are amazing and the service is great too. Best part is the cleanliness.

Roaches present in bathroom crawling on the toilet paper. Sheets were stained yellow and there was no trash can anywhere in the room or bathroom. Fixtures were loose and handle falling off cabinets. Would not recommend

was ok…. lots of things they don’t tell you about like you need to request room service, there was a 30 dollar resort fee but the hot tub was down and the pool was ice cold… so what are you paying for ?? hotel staff were super friendly and the restraunt was top notch… surrounding area was a little rough and the beach was great. all in all not great but not terrible

Staff was helpful and nice. There isn’t much to do in the area besides the pool and beach, so if the weather is bad like it was for us the first three days, we had to take an expensive Lyft to Miami for something to do. The room was clean and we loved the balcony attached to the room. Loved all the storage in the room—multiple closet, a full dresser, under sink storage, even kitchen cabinets!

Lady in at front desk that check me in was sick and Coughing and got me Covid I had to leave 3 day early and after I check out they added an extra hundred dollars for parking a car which I didn’t even have a car

The restaurant staff was great and the food was great as well. When we arrived the staff was great. Our last 2 days no one answered the front desk phone. We were told that when there is only 1 person at the front desk, they don't answer the phone. Horrible I called for hours on Sunday and Monday.

The staff was very polite and very helpful. Unfortunately, it wasn't always easy to get a hold of them from the room. I called the front desk for 10 minutes and no one answered. The bath tub was very fun and exactly what we wanted, but the handles were mislabeled and the faucet leaked no matter what we did.

The per day parking fee was expensive.
However, the valet staff were very pleasant and always brought our vehicle quickly.

I booked under one rate. $174...was told i got a free up grade because it was my birthday. Got my bill rate was $203... only bad part of my stay
