When I entered to sign in it took awhile for someone to come to the front desk. The young man was friendly but not very helpful with some of my issues. After noticing that there was no TV guide, I went back to the desk to ask for one and he gave me the wrong one. When I went back later he showed me the correct one and told me I could take a picture with my phone, as there was only one at the front desk. There was no helpful information in the room regarding where things were located in Missoula. In the morning after a shower, I discovered that the hair dryer did not work. When I tried to turn it on the lights above the sink flickered, so I informed the young man at the front desk and told him there was probably an electrical problem. He agreed that this was probably the problem. This was a safety concern for me but I was not offered any solution. This is an old hotel that needs updating. The pictures online did not reflect this and I probably should have known due to the fact that the price was quite reasonable. Regardless, I will not be staying at this motel again if I am in Missoula.

The room was nice. It was big and clean. No drink machines were working. The pool was small. Only hot food for breakfast was waffles.

The bathroom sink faucett was falling off the counter and hanging half off. Breakfast was mostly prepackaged items

This place was a dump. No elevator(s), breakfast was horrific no milk, juice or water. All vending machines were out of order. Even the complimentary shampoo was 1/2 gone from someone else’s use. No way! Never again!

The night staff member was friendly and worked with us to find a room had a working heater. The breakfast buffet was awesome. More choices than usually offered at a hotel breakfast. Hot tub was excellent after a cold day shopping.

This was a one-night stay for us to attend the U of M football game. I always get a place with a swimming pool because my grandsons love to swim. The water temperature of the pool was so cold we could not comfortably be in the pool. The hot tub was fine but it is too hot for a 4-year-old. You should not advertise that you have a pool if it is not sufficiently heated to be used in the winter. Very, very disappointing!

Clean and comfortable budget motel. Quiet. The internet was super slow and it took me three hours to download several large files. If you need internet for work, prepare in advance.

Room was not cleaned at all. Just the bed was made back up not changed . Nothing had been wiped down in living/bedroom area or bathroom. Garbage still on floor coffee hair and rings left on surfaces. Bathroom smelled of cigarettes. I did make it clear to front desk even brought the garbage left on floor in a cup up to to them. Nothing was done til the next day . They then cleared it but still didn't change the bedding. A couple of front desk people had a terrible attitude and one was falling asleep in a lounge chair off and throughout shift. It was a terrible terrible terrible experience. I keep trying to download pictures of all of above and it won't let me. If someone can contact me I have them

A good clean motel. Staff was friendly, it's a pretty basic motel. But it was a good value for the price. I would stay there again.

Older hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was great.

Expedia made an error giving us a queen bed. The man at the hotel gave us. a double queen room at no additional cost.

Loved not hearing the doors slam when housekeeping started their day. Didn’t like that the front desk person wouldn’t allow me to cancel my reservation through Expedia, so I could use my discounts. Senior and AARP. Breakfast had a nice variety, why must the butter be kept in the fridge? That might be petty, yet toast, oatmeal and waffles are cold before you can get the butter warm enough to spread.

Jordan who checked us was great, but our room was missing one of the curtains, the hot tub was only 67 degrees when we got in & asked him about it. He did try to troubleshoot the problem but that’s not his job or expertise. We were so cold from the hot tub that we tried to turn the heat up in our room & it only blew cold air no matter what we tried. The breakfast was also very slim & not great.
