Room was run down, phone was on a chair not nightstand, couldn’t get water to get hot and the beds were like rocks. The pillow I got looked like one that had lost its shape from being washed and it was super hard. The bed sheets had something red on them.

We booked 3 nights at this place as our last option because everything else was already booked. It was the worst mistake ever. Room was dirty, old, smelly, curtains didnt close all the way, shower was moldy, toilet had a leak, beds had blood stains, walls had lots of bug stains or maybe something else i dont know. The whole place didnt look like the pictures at all. I called the front desk and they hung up on me so i walked in there and they didnt care about the problem at all. They knew everything around was booked and i had no choice but to stay. I couldnt sleep all nite for the time i was there. That place is horrible and should be shut down im not lying.

First room, the door bolt did not lock. Second room, bathroom had roaches, yes plural. Third room bc I was not offered a refund…was acceptable but I could not sleep there. I wish I could get a refund from hotels.com

The bathroom was dirty with heaven knows what on the walls & baseboards. The tiles were coming off in the bathroom as well as the shower faucet. The grout looked moldy. The room smelled very musty. None of the electrical outlets in the room worked except in the bathroom so I had to charge my electronics in there overnight.I expected more for Anaheim Hills which is a more affluent community.

I have always felt welcome by the staff at the Motel 6 in Anaheim Hills. They are attentive to my needs as well as the other motel guests.

Toilet would not fully flush. Half of the lights were non functioning. We had a room for 6 (3 queen beds) and only received 2 towels. No shampoo provided. Microwave tripped circuit. Could not use. We slept and got out

The room needs some fixing. From the second balcony, I saw a male going through the trash bin for more than 1/2 hour or so.

Is convenient & food readily available. At 4pm room was still not cleaned. However, only two very scratchy bath towels, one tiny bar of soap, has fridge & microwave stuffed in a spot it shouldn't be. Coffee I lost my glasses & couldn’t find a number to call & ask. A friend found a number, thy said they'd check with housekeeping. Never called back.

This was terrible, I don’t even know where to begin. The room smelt of cigarette smoke. It was dirty. The area is definitely not safe with how much foot traffic and screaming and yelling occurred in the 15mins I was there. We didn’t stay any longer . We felt unsafe and unsanitary.

Not a place to go roaches in the beds used restrooms dirty trash left in the room. Had to leave and book elsewhere and they had the nerve to say we stayed all night! Not even if you payed me! Disgusting don’t recommend to anyone

The man at check in was nice, but the property is very sketchy. Only 2 outlets in the whole room worked, no hair dryer, no breakfast, the pool wasn’t clean, tons of people just loitering around the property. If you’re a solo female, find somewhere else.

The area around the motel is pretty nice and quiet. However, this Motel 6 is a neighborhood unto itself and it is a slum. As a smoker, I was glad they had smoking rooms. I spend my first night in a non-smoking room, then I was put into a smoking room. Well the non-smoking room had an ash tray in it, while the smoking room did. There was yelling in the parking lot between 2 or 3 individuals at 3 am, which left my dog acting "spooked" the next morning. The price is OK, the neighborhood is OK, but the motel, itself, has some undesirable street people living there short and long term. I don't know where they came from, but this Motel 6 is a "slum within a nice neighborhood..."

When I arrived they gave me a room with dirty sheets. There was a weird odor in the sheets. I requested sheets to be changed next day on the beds. And it was and they cleaned the room well. I booked this hotel due to hot tub. When I asked I was told it was not working. So yes, I was disappointed. But front desk they are very friendly. What I requested, they addressed right away.

Very convenient for us. The bed was nice and firm. And the air conditioning was great. On the other hand, there was no shampoo or blow dryer, vey skimpy towels, no cable on tv. This is a rundown,gloomy place.

Do not waste your money. Spend the extra couple of hundred dollars and stay somewhere else - you'll be doing yourself a favor. The moment I stepped into the lobby to check in, a guest was complaining of no hot water and bed bugs. My room smelled like cigarettes and bleach. The mattress and sheets had brown stains. I checked out early, awful experience.

Let me start with the positives. Check in staff was friendly and check in was a breeze. Now for the not so positive issues. The photos online looked decent and in a last minute pinch in the worst storm in california since 1989 we reserved a room with a king size bed and went to check in. Well the room we were given did NOT look like the picture as advertised! The heater didnt work it only blew cold air, the king size bed had so crazy "dip" in the center so me and the other half ended up on top of each other....kinda like sleeping on an inflatable mattress that has a slow leak . The bathroom was in the process of being repainted or remodeled. And to add a cherry on top of freezing and rolling into this "quantum leap" portal in the center of the bed a strange man kept knocking on our door at 2:00 AM and he did not look like he was part of the welcome committee. I just wanted to have a warm shower and a good nights sleep after a soaked day at Disneyland but that did not happen sadly.

It was extremely dirty! Dust everywhere from floor to on the curtain. I saw gum on the curtain and a band-aid hanging on the door inside the room. A peace of old and dirty clothe was left in the room.

Seems like there were a lot of people that live there. One even had some plants outside by their door. The parking lot was iffy, I'm sure some drug deals were going on. I was told the upstairs was non-smoking. All the smokers were upstairs and they would congregate in the stairs to smoke. The outlets in the bathroom and for the refrigerator and microwave did not work. I moved the microwave and the refrigerator to another outlet. Turns out the refrigerator didn't even work. I mentioned it to the staff.
