Excellent location for trips to Agra Fort and especially Taj Mahal. Hotel is very clean and well-functioning. Super observant and kind staff. Besutiful and sage surroundings with pool, park and lots of vegetation. All worked well and they connected us with the best guide for our trip to Taj Mahal. Very good value for money.

Location was very good for visiting key attractions in Agra. Security and service at the hotel were excellent. The chefs and staff preparing the meals in the restaurant were fantastic - the curries, Dahl, gulab jamen, and masala chai were exceptional.

Very welcoming staff, it was good to return to this lovey hotel. My only disappointment was the pool was closed. It would have been nice to know this before we booked as I may have chosen a different hotel.

Good property with a location near to Taj Mahal and amazing hospitality and customer service, Muskan who checked us in and Harshit front of front-of-house manager are examples of true indian hospitality ethos.

Seeing the Taj Mahal in winter can be a bit of a weather-related lottery so even though Agra can be “done in a day” we opted for a two-night stay. Guided by online-reviews, we booked the Trident because it was a five-star hotel at a reasonable price with decent on-site facilities and a 5-minute taxi ride from the Taj’s East Gate. The reception was very welcoming and our room, whilst bland and featureless, was immaculate if a little small for a luxury hotel. The onsite dining (where we took breakfast and dinner both nights) was good quality catering for Asian and European tastes, but the prices were high for India. Our only real gripe with the facilities is that all the communal areas (with the exception of the lovely poolside loungers) were impersonal, echoey and not particularly conducive to relaxation.

We had a fantastic stay at Trident. The property had so many activities to engage kids, the service was good, staff was helpful with recommendations, and food was excellent. We loved our stay here. Thanks Trisent Agra for an amazing experience.

I recently stayed at Trident Agra and had an amazing experience. The hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The food was delicious and the variety of dishes was impressive. The kids club was a great addition to our stay, with a range of activities such as magic shows, puppet shows, pottery, book reading, and playstation. The hotel also provided a guide and taxi for Taj Mahal, which made our experience wonderful. Overall, I had a great time at Trident Agra and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Agra.

Everything! Staff is friendly and always asks if you need anything or if there is something they can do for you. Every employee greets you with a smile all the time. Hotel is immaculate and the grounds are well maintained.

Friendly courteous staff. Roshan in the restaurant went out of his way to make wonderful suggestions for the kids. The only downside was that the rooms were a bit small for families & could not upgrade to a suite as there’s just one suite in the whole hotel!!

It’s ok clean comfortable , the service is good only if they are upselling. Was there on valentines and they forgot about their paying guests only interested in selling the valentines meal. A shame as we paid to stay there as well

The hotel has it's own kitchen garden! The grounds are huge, an oasis from the outside world.You can watch peacocks strut about, see the mongooses slink through the cover, or be entertained by chipmunks. There is a large green lawn for cricket. Good security at the entrance gate. Wonderful tasting artesian bottled water is supplied to the rooms. Breakfast was always an amazing array of buffet items to indulge in.
