Coffee was great. But you had to go down to lobby. Garbage on stair case all 3 days. No new towels. Room was smelly.

Parking is terrible as the spaces are too thin. Faucet was broken, but still worked. Maids knock on the door when "Do Not Disturb" sign is hanging on the door. The mattress wasn't very comfortable. The place is better than some, but not that good.

Room was clean. There was a fridge but no microwave. Good parking. I got to the office a few minutes after coffee was removed but they offered to provide a cup (which was great). Main complaint was that there was a table with 3 chairs but no light over it or near it which made sitting there reading after dark impossible.

Towel bar broke in room, walls extremely thin, upstairs neighbors were fighting. Asked for an extra blanket and received a fitted sheet. Not a very comfortable stay at all.

When we arrived at night the rooms windows were open with no heat. The room was cold and there weren't enough blankets. We had to walk to get more blankets. The room was bare bones and there was some smell, which was probably the reason the windows were left open so long.

The young lady at front desk was delightful, so helpful, polite and friendly. The young man at the desk the night before check-out was also very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The hotel is older, so doesn’t look spotless.

Desk staff was great! I got the best nights sleep because the bed waa really comfy. Good value. The only negative was the water in the shower. It was only hot for about 4 minutes ans pressure was low...I even had to cut my shower short because I was getting too cold.

It was clean and quiet. We had an upstairs room, so there are two flights of stairs. We felt safe, there were no incidents or loud talking/parties. We stayed for two nights on the weekend. My only issues were that the pillows were really flat (so bring your own if you can), and the bottom floor smelled like weed early in the morning. My best guess is that someone was smoking in their room. They do have laundry on site.

If one knows where to go in the immediate area you are golden. The supermarket and a handful of a variety of restaurants are conveniently within walking distance of this inexpensive yet safe Inn. Beds and bed linen are low-quality however they are clean and sleep-able. If one brings their own pillow-cases and pillows the overnight experience will be more enjoyable. Overall a friendly staff, clean environment and budget-friendly Inn.

This was a nice hotel. Small room and the bed was sinking in but overall it was good. Pretty secluded but near fast food restaurants and the freeway, pretty quiet and staff was really nice and helpful. Id definitely recommend and id dtay there again!

Decided to get the big, nicest room... It was literally a big (almost) empty box. 2 queens (with exposed frames at the bottom) with no bedspread of any kind to cover the beds. Between the beds and the TV wall, there was literally nothing. Just open space for about 20'. Literally nothing hung on the walls. a small table with 3, beyond basic, chairs (even though with 2 queen beds, 4 people staying here is a reasonable assumption but seats on for 3. With 600 sq. ft. of space there wasn't even a desk area or a comfortable chair... Literall just 2 beds and a tiny table with absolutely no decor at all... I left.

Good little hotel with a decent location. My biggest complaint is there was no microwave in the room. This is a great place for just sleeping and showering but is just a bit too pricey for only that.

Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The common issue here is the parking, driving anything bigger than a clown car and it’s gonna be tight. Fortunately drivers were courteous and didn’t ding each other’s vehicles.

Exactly what you’d expect for a $90 a night hotel. Very clean lobby area, the room was clean, but the tub did have hairs in it. The bed was firm. The staff were very helpful and quick check in. Coffee and tea offered in the morning. 20 minutes to the Malibu coast. Good hotel for the price

Everything went very smoothly--staff was wonderful, the room was large and comfortable. The TV wasn't a smart TV, which would have been nice, but not a big deal. The parking was free--which was nice because some places don't offer that around LA. It was too cold to use the pool, but it looked nice.

Stayed 4 nights, the complimentary daily room fresh up does NOT include making the bed. This would have been an additional charge of $10. They only emptied trash in the room, not in bathroom. Asked for another towel at the first night, they removed 2 towels after the "fresh up". Room maid trolley was standing in hallway (outdoors) the entire time, not very hygienic, AC/heat defective at almost all units on our floor, water was leaking under windows (they put up cups to catch the water, water still all over the floor, slippery floors); parking very tight, handicapped parking on an uneven platform, not easy accessible for disabled person, no elevaters, stairs everywhere; wheelchair not accessible at all. Hotels.com should consider taking a closer look at the property, their rating and their amenities.

Nice short stay place that’s clean with washing machine and many stores close by. No complaints here and if ever in need of a short stay in Calabasas, Good Nite Inn will be a 1st choice.

I reserved a deluxe room and when I arrived at the room they had given, it was a two queen old room- not the room I had paid for. I had to carry my luggage and bags back to the front desk to request that they give me the deluxe room I had reserved on-line. They need to improve customer service. Thanks.

New rooms were nice and big Cabinets were old and blocking wall sockets. A/C had a mind of it's own Adj it's own temp. Turned off on it's own. Promised room freshen up never happened. Front door needs adjustment slams very hard
