The room was excellent and the value would have been the same, but there was one major issue. When the wind was blowing, the windows made a noise that sounded like someone was in the room playing a kazoo. The wind started blowing around 4am so there was no sleeping after that.

I was insulted by a desk clerk who made a derogatory comment about my physical appearance. I also paid for late check out at 1pm but housekeeping banged on my door at 11:15. Front desk confirmed I had late check out and then tried to blame me for misunderstanding stating it was because I checked in “early”— despite the fact I checked in after 9pm. Didn’t apologize just tried to make excuses and blame me. Not impressed with their customer service. But the room was large and had good seating. Mattress was awful

We booked this at the last minute after leaving a different hotel in the area. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Hotel was very clean, room was great, beds were very comfortable, breakfast was delicious. There was quite a bit of outside noise, but not too much that we couldn't sleep. Great place, I would highly recommend.

For the price point (right around $100) would definitely recommend! I will not hesitate to stay here again. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. Though not gourmet by any means, the breakfast was nice and the front desk offers a wide selection of convenience foods and other items. Minor issue: the outlet/charging station on the nightstand did not function and staff had no immediate remedy (not even anyone they could call).

It was a business trip , everything went well from my late night check in. To the condition of the room , comfort of the sheets and linens. Overall a great stay and I would definitely stay there again

This was a trip to the frozen 4 with my grandson. The staff was so kind and accommodating and Breakfast was good. It’s in a construction zone but don’t let that deter you. Very good experience.

Amenities were great, staff was great, beds and pillows could have been more comfortable but were just fine, and the place was very clean, though I think the building is a bit older. Highly recommend for a reasonably priced stay.

This is our 3rd time staying and the staff is usually friendly. The place is clean and we have always been happy with our room. This last stay we did have a issue with the window in our room, it sounded as if it was super windy outside which it wasnt. You could feel the cold air blowing through as if the window was open.

Overall good hotel and it’s close to the highway! But there is construction going on around the area so it makes it confusing to get to and from the hotel. But that’s not their fault.

Hotel was great option for our needs for a night stay. Generally clean and very friendly, helpful staff. Rating was primarily due to basic maintenance issues. Bath tub drained very, very slow. Was standing in water while showering. Carpeting peeling up in primary hallway. Would take 10 seconds to glue back down.

The daytime front line staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. Complete opposite for the night staff. Seemed like it was a chore to get up from watching tv to help and they must have left thier smiles at another job. Close to everywhere i wanted to go. Breakfast was not so great. Jelly eggs. Cold sausages. Rooms were nice. Not quiet though. Good lotd the doors from other rooms closing were loud. The fridge made this wierd popping sound when turning on and off that would wake you. Over all 2.5 out of 5. I would recommend due to cost, location, daytime people.

We checked in and immediately checked out because of a concern of safety. The inside itself wasn’t the problem but the outside was very sketchy and unsafe, including other guests who attempted to pick up my friend and I in a really creepy way. We didn’t feel safe and left immediately. We didn’t get a refund even after being there for only 20 minutes.

Arrived around 8:30pm and waited 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check me in. Entire floor smelt like marijuana. Doors slamming that actually made my door to my hotel room shake. Hair on the bed sheets. Mold on one of the lamps. Did not feel like a safe area at all. I left after being here for 3 hours.

The hotel was okay, the room smelled very musky though and I likely wouldn’t go back to this same hotel. The breakfast was limited, wasn’t really restocked for the last 45 mins it was supposed to run.

The front desk staff was so friendly, the rooms clean, the bed was SO comfortable id recommend this place to everyone. The only thing that was a bit difficult was getting in and out because of the road construction. But other than that oh and the beautiful barn style bathroom doors that we had a hard time keeping shut lol there was nothing to complain about.

As others have said, the rooms need some hooks in the bathroom to hang washcloths and towels. We had a horrible time with the electricity in room 304. It kept kicking out and another plug-in unit didn't work at all. We had to put the coffee maker on the floor to make coffee. His CPAP kicked out a couple of times. Loose plug-ins.

The hotel looks very new. The bed was soft and the blankets smelled clean. I enjoyed sausage links and yogurt at breakfast. The muffin I ate tasted old.

I pictures and ratings were great but it wasn't as great as I thought but worth the money, I guess...with hot breakfast. Bedding was clean and comfortable and room seems overall nice. Breakfast was nice. It would ne great if they broil or fried the breakfast links. Shower was so hard to turn on. My siblings and I had 3 rooms and they said turning on the shower felt like tearing/pulling off the knob to make it work. We met 2 other friends there and their shower knob was hard as heck to turn on as well. There were no vent so it was foggy/ steamy after showers. My toilet seat was wiggly and didn't flush down strong. I think if those things were corrected, it would be better.

The hotel room was okay; found a few hairs in my sheets but nothing that was too bothersome. Everything else felt clean. The real gem here was the gentleman at the front desk. He was so nice and had a great conversation with my friend and I as I was checking in.

My friend stayed at your hotel…asked to check in early and was told no had to wait til 3 and it was 1pm…there was pallets for stairs…looked to be drug activity out in parking lot…people knocking on the door during the night…not a place I would recommend
