This hotel is convenient for New Bedford, upper Cape and Bourne. It includes breakfast buffet and has coffee, tea and fruit available 24hours a day. Also tea making facilities, microwave, fridge in the room. Nice big bathroom, comfy bed with plenty of pillows. We were given a small suite of one of the recently rennovated rooms. The workmanship was excellent. One issue is hot water and water pressure, but this is because of the construction. Also I'd like to see some sort of recycling programme or less plastic wrapping. And just a suggestion but having USB ports next to both sides of the bed for charging phones would be very helpful. Thank you L Charles

The Hotel is under renovations. Didn't know when I booked it. They informed us when we arrived. The bed was not that comfortable. Every morning at 8:30 am woken up to banging and what sounded like a drill over our room. Woke us up every morning. Expressed our disappointment when checking out. but the associate just told us that we are under renovations. Wasn't very supportive or apology given. This is our second time there. Definetely liked the first time better.

The staff are super helpful and friendly, including pet friendly. Some of the common area carpets could use upgrading. The room decor is a bit dated but the beds and bedding are all recent and comfy.

My stay was for a quick getaway to relax. The hotel was extremely quiet which was great for my purpose, and the breakfast offered every day was very good. Also, the hotel was in close proximity to nail salons, shopping areas and restaurants. However, I found the staff not so friendly. There was only one staff member whom I passed in the hallway who smiled, and we exchanged what I thought was normal morning courtesy of saying good morning. When I tried that with other workers, no eye contact was made and a very low if any response. Even when I checked in, the first receptionist was not welcoming. However, another one came from the back and engaged in conversation with me. My room overall was nice, but after my first night sleeping on the bed, I noticed my back began to ache. My the third night it was worst, and the pillows were extremely soft. As I stated previously, the employees overall were not very cordial so I did not request a room exchange especially with me leaving after the third night. Also, the channels offered are very poor. Surprisingly, there were no sports channels. I was unable to watch the Celtics game. Your guests who enjoy watching HBO channels will be satisfied with the channel choices. This was my first time staying at a Hampton Inn; I'm on the fence as to whether I will try again.

It had been years since I had stayed at this location, and it was a great stay! Staff were very friendly and informative. Thoughtful to have coffee, fruits and cookies during the day. The convenience of being so close to shopping area was great too! I would stay again!

Disappointed that the guests has to request housekeeping every day of our stay. It is not automatic. Good days are gone. It is sad that the guests have to take of the trash and towels. The room needs to be vacuumed every day for cleanliness/health (COVID is still here). For the price the guests have to pay for hotel room, it is sad to see less than average service.The breakfast was dsappointing, tooo.

We had booked this hotel specifically because it came up on the hotels.com search as having a hot tub. They don't. Also the pool is seasonal, so they didn't have that either in early Sept. Not sure if this is hotels.com or Hilton, but either way, don't go there if you are hoping for hot tub/pool. Also mattress was way too firm for me. Otherwise clean, staff did their best and breakfast had real food options, which was nice.

The most outstanding thing about this property is the customer service. I had some things crop up during my stay such as arriving quite late, adding a room on to my stay, purchasing another room and needing a tv issue taken care of. Each time, my room keys were waiting for me. I was always greeted by all staff with a hello and a smile. They are truly a top notch service staff! Would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Coffee was always available and it was actually good! Most hotels I’ve stayed at, the coffee wasn’t so great. Breakfast was very nice and they changed things up a little so we didn’t have to eat the exact same thing every day. Very helpful and pleasant staff. I would choose to stay here again.

Stayed for a week, we usually stay closer to the cape, but... Anyway, the pros :very friendly staff, clean & quiet room, pool, and breakfast. The cons: very uncomfortable bed, it really kind of ruined the whole visit for me, breakfast was kind of so-so, but my grand daughter liked it. The room layout was good and my wife liked having the desk and wardrobe where it was. We brought an inflatable mattress for our grand daughter, she had the most comfortable bed in the room! There is a small work out area if you need it.

I would not stay here again. The sheets were good quality and clean and the rooms have refrigerators. However, this is the worst Hampton Inn I have stayed at. The condition of the property is poor. They gave me the handicap room which may lack furniture and bathroom counter space that other rooms have. The floor in the bathroom was very dirty. The windows don't open so humidity is a major problem.

The staff was friendly. Housekeeping neglected to clean/refresh my room while I was out, which was unfortunate. Nick, the front desk clerk at the time, was so helpful! I called the front desk to let them know about the error, but unfortunately, all housekeepers had already left for the day. Nick came and changed the bedding, as well as replaced all the towels, and emptied trash himself. He also brought complimentary water and snacks for the inconvenience. He truly went above & beyond in rectifying the situation, and made my stay a more enjoyable experience.

Hotel accommodations and service were good. Room was clean and staff was nice and courteous. The issue was the other guests. We requested and were given a room a room away from other guests. However in the middle of the night, we were awakened by a group of guests talking loudly in the hallways and smoking weed. I had to go downstairs to ask the concierge to address the matter. It was resolved but not without losing a night’s sleep.
