We arrived at about 9. Our room was ready. Desk clerk was nice and suggested some ground transportation that we would the next morning. Room was fairly clean. It was a cold night. Beds did not have adequate blankets. The rest of our experience was fine. Location of the motel was convenient to the Mexican border and CBX. Also a Denny’s restaurant was just next door.

Not a great property...the room was rather worn and frayed looking, in need of some paint and TLC. Also, I requested a ground floor room as I use a walker, and had to go a considerable distance to reach it, only to find the key did not work. Luckily there was someone in the parking lot I had to tip $5.00 to go get the room key activated since I wasn't able to walk back to the office, and back again. Just as an aside, the room rate the desk quoted was $72 and change all tax included, while I ended up paying $83.00 through Expedia. Remind me again why I am using you guys?

The area is simply the area. However the property did a great job and was a value for the money. If I needed another border stat I’d choose this again.

Me, my mom and my 4month old stayed here. Roach on bed where me and my baby were sleeping at 3am.. Felt it on me. hell no. I kept my baby in my arms the rest of the night and did not door back form on that bed. The place was not very clean. It seemed like they just swept the room. No mopping. The shower is in bad condition. Room 109. The least you could do is maybe use bleach to get rid of the mold. I have a picture of the roach on the bed, but the upload feature on this app is not working for some reason.

From Google Maps the location looked decent in the day but upon arriving to the Motel 6 at night there was a lot of loitering activity. There were men loitering outside the front desk watching guests. Once we headed to our room, there was a cop car searching for a man that didn't want to cooperate with the officers. Once inside the room a woman knocked on our door asking to let her in. We didn't answer and she left but returned to knock and ask again. The two beds were extremely noisy with its springs screeching loudly. Overall we didn't feel well about staying the entire night so we slept a few hours before taking off.

Easy checkin but wanted to charge me $20 to check in2 hours early. I declined. Staff was froendly and efficient. Upon entry to room it was clean but there was some graffiti on the bathroom door. Air conditioner worked and the room and bed wete comfortable. Pillow was super thin and only one pillow was provided. Hotel groungs are fairly safe and there os a Dennys next door. Motel next door is super sketchy and i saw the cops there every night. Close to border and Las Americas. Walking distance. Checkout went well but did not want to give more than a 30 minute late checkout without charging. Checkout is kinda early at 11 am

Is around 1 mile walking distance to Mexico border. I did not walk because area is very dark and doesn’t feels safe. I drove and park at the parking lot closest to the border

Pros: Great customer service from from front desk, great attitude and go above and beyond to provide a+ service, Ex. I needed ice but the ice machines were out of service, front desk got me ice anyways from their own ice machine. Cons: The back section of the place which is the 120s is noisy, in the AM constant leaf blowers and construction from surroundings, in the PM all night from neighbors upstairs and downstairs, smokers .

This property was dirty, unsafe and unsanitary...there was roaches coming from under the bed and desk; there was alot of drug addicts around the area using and already high outside the property, we were definitely not at all comfortable to sleep; the room looked like its been through alot! Toilet seat, shower curtain and sink were falling apart, floors were dirty, TV remote was so filthy we had to clean it with a Lysol wipe and also had to spray the whole room. Definitely wont stay again. My wife was uneasy the whole day and a half that we where there, didn't even stay to two nights we paid for.

I’ve stayed here a few times when I cross the border. It’s always convenient and clean. However this time there was no hot water in the evening or morning so I couldn’t shower which was inconvenient.
