The hotel was average. I booked 3 rooms for a girls weekend. We were told there was a breakfast and there was nothing. They had a Starbucks that you could purchase coffee, but only had Decaf the 2nd morning. One of the rooms had a roach in it and we did not have our rooms cleaned the entire weekend. It definitely could have been better.

Booked this hotel with a group in town for a youth basketball tournament. We chose this location because they have an indoor pool and breakfast. On arrival, we learned that breakfast was not being offered during our stay. Room cleanliness left much to be desired. Vents are covered with dust/mold and the shower had dirt and hair on the floor. A used bar of soap with hair on it was in the shower from a previous stay.

Beautiful hotel, but our bathroom door wouldn’t close, it hits the door jam. There was no dinner, no drinks, no breakfast only coffee available.

The ac/heater unit was loud and the vibration from the system made sleep uncomfortable. There is no vent in restroom, iron board need to be replace. No breakfast or coffee was offered for weekend guests. Especially when that was part of the amenities offered when booking. The room just felt old for a hotel under the Marriott’s name. Otherwise, it was clean and friendly staff.

Our stay was good, staff was very friendly and helpful, our room was great , our only complaint was the fridge in the room wasn’t working, the very helpful staff got it up and running, but was still bad do to the fact it was on some type of timer, and shut off every 2 hours

No problems except that the GPS took me to another hotel down the street. When I called CbM the front desk agent gave me good directions to the hotel. She was very efficient and nice.

Room was clean, quiet and cool. Our air conditioning was not working at our house. Indoor temperature at home was 90 degrees. Our room temperature was a perfect 70 degrees the whole night and into the morning. We all slept well!! When we checked out and walked outside, the REAL FEEL was already 100 degrees. No time to swim, but we will the next time we stay here!!

Staff was not very friendly, at check in or the bistro. We ate at the bistro one night during our stay, it is extremely overpriced. I ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup, my daughter ordered the skillet meatballs, we waited approximately 1.5 hours for our food. Our first night the electricity went off (of course that’s not the staffs fault) but they do not have a backup generator, or emergency lights.

The first room I was given was not cleaned by housekeeping and the second room still had trash from the pervious guest that occupied the room. The hotel is run down and really need some updates.

When traveling we book hotels with two things required, a bath tub and a pool/ hot tub. Their site showed our room had a tub, which it did not. Also the pool/hot tub was closed. I'm sick of hotels that promise things you pay for and then say "sorry" when they can't provide it. If you are considering this hotel, I would say forget about it.

Service was fast and friendly. My son lost a stuffed animal that we bought at the zoo as we were carrying our bags in. The front desk found it and held onto it for us. We called the front desk late in the evening when we were looking for it and they answered quickly. Every experience with the front desk was quick and friendly service. Our room including the balcony was clean and everything was in working order. Water pressure was excellent and actually hot compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at. Towels and bedding were white and not dingy; everything was clean and in new condition as pictured online. Housekeeping was friendly and did not rush us our departure morning. We were greeted by all staff as we passed through the lobby, elevator, and halls. As a single mother traveling with two children it felt like a safe and comfortable environment.

I still wipe down counters, spray, and turn back covers before we settle in our rooms. The sheets were stained, the box spring was filthy, and the furniture for seating was filthy. I actually asked for new sheets. My mother and niece were in an adjacent room and had the same complaints about cleanliness. In addition to the lack of cleanliness, we weren't served complimentary breakfast because "they were understaffed." Those were the manager's words. I chose this hotel because of the location and amenities. I understand not having enough staff to serve, but there should've been other accommodations made. I had to leave at 8AM to find and buy breakfast for my family. I was very disappointed in this Marriott property.
