People at front desk were very helpful. I had requested early check in and they had a room available. They assisted me in ordering a cab for my super early flight and offered a box breakfast even though I was leaving before breakfast started. Decor of hotel rooms and public areas was very nice, clean and comfortable. Hotel is very centrally located and I was able to walk to shopping, dining and attractions. Great visit!

Rooms were small but clean. Breakfast was very good, great selection of different foods. All of the staff were polite and friendly. Hotel was in a central location very close to Airport transport. Would recommend.

Enjoyed my stay pre and post a Havila cruise . Very clean rooms, walking distance to the Fløibanen funicular and the waterfront. Great breakfast buffet.

Hotel room was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable. Hard to sleep with the pillows being so big. Breakfast was amazing!

This hotel is perfectly nestled in the center of Bergen. It’s just close enough to all the places you’d want to visit but in a very quiet spot, in my opinion. Service was great. Everyone that assisted me was kind and courteous, especially when I had trouble with the umbrella rental machine. Breakfast was delicious. A wide variety of choices and the breakfast room big enough I never had trouble finding a table. I would most definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel right in the heart of the historic part of Bergen. Really close to everything we wanted to see and do and great restaurants nearby. Hotel rooms were good - only complaint would be pillows almost flat! Best hotel breakfast I've had in years with an amazing number of options and everything I tried was fabulous!

Such a great stay! The room and en suite where larger than I expected, and the breakfast buffet was quite impressive, as well. The bed was very comfortable and I almost missed an appointment for wallowing sleepily past my alarm. The staff was unobtrusive but constantly available and very helpful. I'm certainly staying here again on my next visit to Bergen.

Very clean, newly renovated, comfortable bed, great location, and an amazing breakfast! They provided a bag of new towels when we didn’t request maid service one day. They even provided a light evening meal which we didn’t realize was included.

Breakfast was out of this world. They also have a light dinner during the week and coffee at all times which is really helpful particularly in a pretty expensive place like Norway.

The property is very conveniently located in terms of access to public transport and restaurants. The main shopping area is within walking distance as well. The rooms are quite small, but clean. The breakfast spread is adequate. The hotel does feel a bit dated, but it does the job if you spend your time outdoors most of the time. The staff are courteous and helpful too. I'd choose this property if I visited Bergen again.

This hotel has it's pros and cons. A great location, very close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of great options. We paid for a larger room which it was nice but the bathroom was so small, the sink was very little, no room to put anything, the shower was very tiny and when taking a shower the water went every where in the little room. It was impossible to shave your legs, no shelf in the shower to put products. The seal was broken on the glass doors. Although the room was a nice size there was no storage, no nightstand storage, no dressers, no place to put a second suitcase but on the floor. It was not a good choice for a couple or female traveler. The bathroom was smaller than a New York City hotel.

The queen bed was against 2 walls so 1 person had to crawl over the other to get in and out. There was only one reading light. The room was very small and lacked storage space.

Our room was very small, booked a double but there wasn’t room to put your suitcases down, bed was cramped with very little room either side. Glad we were only there for one night as this would have been uncomfortable for anymore. Nice hotel though.

Excellent location, close to shopping, restaurants, and most tourist’s points of interest, all within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was excellent!! Easy parking which is located in the garage directly across the street from the hotel which cost approximately 300 NOK per night.

Convenient location for walking and shopping in Bergen. However do not accept room 527 or the room opposite the elevator on any other floor. The noise of the elevator mechanism disturbed me frequently in the night. The worst night of sleep in any hotel during our entire trip.
