The location is fantastic - really central and close to all the main sites. The communal lounge and kitchen are such a great idea and really well designed. There were always plenty of seats and tables free. You can use the lounge on the days you check-in or out which was really helpful.
The hotel looks great and it was really easy to check in and out.
Whilst there are no staff on site when I reported an issue they came the next day to fix it
Whilst the location is great, the street it's on is really noisy, particularly at night on a weekend. I was in a room facing the street and it was hard to sleep until after 2am. I imagine the rooms facing the courtyard are much quieter.
The bathroom is a wet room. It's quite small and a bit of a squeeze.
