The hotel was in a great location, parking was limited and over flow was a good walk away. The hotel was being remodeled and was not disclosed before hand. The work in the remodel looks rushed and not "finished". overall stay was good.

Did not realize it was under MAJOR renovation. Cables hanging from the ceiling in the lobby, plastic tarp hung up everywhere, doors and power tools in the hallway (as they were switching by doors), changed my door out while I wasn’t there, very limited parking and the majority of the front desk staff appeared annoyed by having to work. Perhaps once everything is complete it will be nicer. Only pro is the proximity to the beach.

The hotel was undergoing a lot of reconstruction, so there were workers everywhere as well as equipment and remodeling tools. During the day, there was quite a bit of banging and drilling, which was fine. It was very clean, and you can tell that the update is gonna be great! The staff was extremely friendly. It was very clean the beds were comfortable! The pillows could be a little bit better! Overall it was a great stay super close to the beach and to the park! Easy to get to everything highly recommend! Make sure you rent a bike from the Island Life bike shop. It’s in the parking lot!

Great Location, and our upgrade was amazing! Spacious King Suite with modern design and a fireplace feature we used all weekend. Shelly and Arthur were SO helpful and friendly. Under renovations, but still easy to get around. Nice wraparound balcony! Great path across the street to walk to the beach. We rode our bikes to Coligny Plaza, which was only 4/10 of a mile away.

This hotel is under renovations, which should be disclosed. I’m sure this is going to be a beautiful place when the renovations are done, until then I would stay clear from here.

Did not like the high table and chairs or the leather furniture. Just not my thing and not comfortable. We are asked to clean up before we leave but also charged a $200 cleaning fee. That’s a bit steep after already expected to clean before we leave. We had to ask how to hook up to the WiFi and we had to search for the laundry facilities because it is not posted anywhere. Could not figure out what switch turned on the ceiling fan in the living area. Sliding door did not lock. Bathroom is small. Price was right for the time of year. Wouldn’t pay anymore for what it is. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel is under renovation so there is a mess in the lobby area, but not bad. Beds were comfortable. Good shower. Good location, but parking is minimal. It's a work in progress. The owners need to look at the details with the trim. There are a lot of trim work that needs caulk and repainting.

Overall a good experience, would stay here again. A couple things to note: first, the parking lot is small. If you have a full size vehicle, it’s kind of a tight fit. And there aren’t a ton of parking spots so if you go during peak season, you may have to park in a parking lot down the road. Secondly, there was a lot of construction going on during our stay. Not awful but was a little noisy at times. But having said that, it should be completed and have some nice renovations come peak season.

The hotel was undergoing a renovation, so there was noise and also we lost water for a bit. The housekeeping was inconsistent. The biggest annoyance was someone in the lobby stopping you each night to try to rope you into going to a condo presentation. That happened on the street several times, and that is fine (expected) but should not be happening at your own hotel. I probably would not stay there in the future, unless their renovation is completed and the hotel is nicer. It did not live up to the quality I expected.

We’ve stayed here before and it’s a fine property. Not amazing, but good walkability and has always been clean and pleasant. While I’m assuming it’s temporary, the place was a mess. A ton of construction and painting. Ice machines and unplugged/unavailable because of construction. Dust and debris everywhere. Zero water available at breakfast (machine broken). Just not near the same.

The property was under obvious construction. The sprinkler heads in the rooms were covered up with tape. The first room we were in, the latch for the lock was broken and the balcony door would not lock. We were given another room, the desk clerk was very helpful with this. There were obvious areas within the rooms that suggested the construction was not complete, however the rooms were being made available.

My stay was great but my disappointment was I paid for a room with balcony with two chairs but the room had a sliding door that opens to a ledge, no chairs because it has no room like a balcony.

I checked in late and left early so didn't use any amenities other than breakfast. Breakfast starts at 7 and when I arrived at 7:10, all the hot food was gone. There was no employee to speak with until someone showed up at 7:30 and was surprised he had to make more. At 7:50, more hot food came. Breakfast was decent. Hotel is run down.

The hotel was nice but when I arrived there was nobody on the front desk & I waited 15 minutes for someone to appear. When the guy he asked if I had been waiting long & I said 15 mins & he said Not Long Then! It was a shame it started so bad as the hotel was good value for money & nice location.

Beautiful area that is quiet and not right in a busy section of the island. Easy beach access. Easy parking. Lots of paths for walking or biking. Pleasant and courteous staff.

The efficiency suite was very spacious and comfy. There was even a nice electric fireplace that we enjoyed. But...... you could hear everything from the adjoining room and the flushing of the toilet was really loud, for some reason we could not get the temp of the room adjusted so we finally just turned the fan on. Overall it was a pleasant stay

Very limited parking. There maybe 20-25 parking spaces (if that) available. If you don’t find a park then you’re told to park on the other side of the gated community then you walk back to the hotel. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. If I stay here again, I will Uber to ensure not having to walk 5-10 minutes.

The hotel was very nice. The concierge was very helpful to us as we had never been to Hilton Head before. The hotel was in a great location as Coligny Public Beach and Coligny Plaza is a short distance away. Or if you want you can walk across the street to the beach. We will definitely stay there again!
