The service and convenience were excellent. The motel is very pet friendly with lots of safe places to walk your pet. Check in and check out was very easy and quick. Parking was spacious and right at the room. We will be coming back every time we’re in parry sound.

It is a kind of old motel, all facilities are like the old edge. Only the service is friendly. But the whole experience is not good as what I expected.

The room was quite clean and all amenities were working. There was just a very strong smell of chlorine from the pool next to the room which was overpowering. Breakfast was nice and standard. Staff was quite hospitable!

The people were very friendly and helpful but the whole place needs a major updating. Painting, fix cracks, broken light switch, clean stains, replace bathroom basin are some suggestions. The hot tub was under renovation but the pool was open.

Best Value Inn has comfortable and updated rooms. The Building is dated for sure. Room was excellent and staff was great. Swimming Pool wonderful. Would stay here again.

Room smelled terrible. Wallpaper bubbling up all over. Looks like poor repairs were done with screws holding up part of the ceiling. My daughter went to the pool and it was locked an hour early. Hot tub is not working. Continental breakfast was a joke. All above being said, staff were very pleasant and kind. If they put some work into it, they could have a decent place.

Its location is good, just off the highway & close to amenities - Tim Hortons, No Frills, Gas station. As you enter the room, there is stale, damp smell from old run down carpets and wall papers. Bathroom had light fixture that's not covered, 2 small soap bars provided with a few small shampoo tube containers, had to ask for extra towel, beddings provided in the closet were so heavy none of us used it. Quilt on King bed was small, not enough to cover 2 adults. Beds were Old: Kind bed was sloping on the right, which led to a sleepless night and back pain the next day. Sofa Bed in the suite was slanted toward the head with feet side raised up, which led to a very difficult sleep. Pictures of the place on website are old, place does not look anything like it. Breakfast is store bought: cereal, bagel, bread & yogurt. No restaurant onsite. Overall - Needs a lot of repairs, maintenance and airing out of the damp smell from rooms. Cleanliness has been maintained by the staff working, who are polite and pleasant.

like the location very easy to find. loved how close to a grocery store and gas station it was. the staff was very corporative and understanding and helpful. room was very nice, clean, and hotel was not overly loud with people in the rooms

Staff was very friendly and engaging. The motel needs updating (rooms are tired looking with old carpet and furniture). A recommendation for breakfast would be to have jam and cream cheese and any condiments in single serve packages for hygiene reasons. Hot items (eggs, sausage would be a good addition too) Overall it was a comfortable stay for one night.

The location was convenient for us. What we didnt like was service. Checking in no one at front desk to greet. Had to call a number. Then front desk worker showed up after being driven there telling me he wasn't on property. Hair dryer in bathroom didnt work. Hot tub out of service. Bed not made after house keeping been through. Pnly replaced 2 towels and didnt put a other toilet paper roll in bathroom.

terrible experience. We left the minute we walked in. Reviews and photos definitely did not match up to what we were expecting. Very disappointing and upsetting on how we couldn’t get a refund. A one night stay ended up costing us $500 😔 due to going to a different hotel. Never again. 😞

The hotel is old & dated & so was the inside of the room. The room was clean and we felt comfortable enough to stay. The door lock was very difficult to get into the room. I felt the cost of the room should have be lower. We didn't have time for a swim, but the pool & area looked clean.

It was the average hotel for travelling. Easy to find and was clean, although dated. The beds were comfortable and it is pet friendly. The person checking us seemed self important, instead of friendly, was condescending but efficient at his job.

Basic, but clean. Room was comfortable. Could do with a bit of an upgrade in some areas. The guy on reception was very helpful when we first checked in. We weren't happy with our room because we had our cats traveling with us and the room wasn't really suitable for them. He accomodated us very well and gave us a more suitable room. Our overall experience was very good. The hotel was handy for shops, the town and the 400.

The service was just ok. The decor in the room was poor. The chairs outside the rooms were tacky. They need to work hard on tidying up the whole property. Also breakfast needs to get rid of styrofoam and plastic. Not sure I would stay there again.

Stayed 1 night. It is a functional motel. Staff were ok to deal with. Room was clean and functional. Breakfast is pretty lean in terms of what is offered, however you can find something to eat to get your day started. Would book here again if in need of accommodations.

Rooms were very clean excellent house keeping’s however the hotel is aging and since privately owner very slow to upgrade pool was redone and very clean but no poolside towels. Staff was very accommodating allowed early check in and was very reasonably priced

This place was a hidden gem. No its not the Ritz Carleton but the room was clean, the beds comfortable (best pillows ive had in a hotel), and the service excellent. The hotel has new management from previous reviews and they are doing their utmost to improve the reputation of the hotel. Would i stay again ... in a heart beat.
