I check in on a Monday, when I woke up on Tuesday with my back in bad shape. I asked if I could use one of the tall chairs, as I am 6' tall. I thought that would help my back, better than the chair, in my room. I was told no. I also want to point out I am 67 years old. They should remove the word comfort.

Having breakfast was great! Service at the front desk was great as well. The bed in the room was so uncomfortable I woke up with neck and back pain. The bed was on top of a box spring with the metal part sticking out on the corners. I almost tore my ankle off running into it. Very painful. I asked for another blanket and received sheets and very thin somewhat of a blanket for the sofa bed. The sofabed looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months perhaps a year. Maybe no one had used it but it was filthy. While the room style was cute. It absolutely had no comfort. I had worked a hard long day and wanted to sleep well and I didn’t at all!!!

Horrible. You could hear every single noise from all rooms and outside. We complained and still had terrible issues with noises and the beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom door didn’t shut. Everything was so disappointing and a waste of money.

The hotel was located in a good area. The cons were there was smoking in the hotel, the bed sheets had holes and stains in it. Cleaning was only done on Thursdays which I did not mind but they could have left extra trash bags for us. The toilet paper was the thinnest thing ever. I was scared my hand was going to go through it. It was not the worst hotel I’ve been at but I could not wait to leave. Would not book at another Comfort Inn again.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in as far as the state of the room and cleanliness. It reminded me of a landlord special rather than the photos online. I’ve never stayed at a Comfort Inn, so I didn’t know better, but I won’t be returning. For one, the original mini fridge was out of the cabinet insert and a larger replacement sat against a far wall awkwardly, leaving exposed wood and glue where the original was supposed to be. The outlet covered were also half smeared with paint, as if the room was painted without even taking the covers off. Again, landlord special. That doesn’t include the gross shower curtain, cracked bathroom tile, and incredibly-slow-to-drain sink. The room was also poorly cleaned, with all end tables and the vanity having crumbs on them at arrival. The bed’s front panel was also covered in dust, and the air filters in the AC unit were incredibly dirty. I stayed two nights and experienced terrible sinus headaches both nights when I returned to the room. I couldn’t figure out what was causing it until I checked the AC. If you’re allergic to dust (as I am) this will leave you downright miserable. The lobby, while visually clean, had a lingering stench of weed seeping in from outside and this strange musty smell that seemed to permeate the building. It was too warm and basically stuffy as well which didn’t help matters. Overall, this place is nothing like the photos representing it. Go elsewhere. The front desk clerk was a delight, however.

I don’t even like giving bad reviews but this hotel definite need one. It is by far the worst hotel I have booked in my life… unfamiliar with the area I ended up in a hotel full of crack heads, addict.. and the dirtiest room u can imagine (semi nal fluid in the couch..) Such facilities can not be called a hotel

As a business that takes a lot of business trips we normally prefer the Comfort Inn as our first choice, however this one was nothing as we expected. This place seems to not care about the property and I am sure that it is due to the location. I feel that this property should have customers here sign a waiver when they stay stating that if they get kicked out for loud noise after after hours that there is no refunds. These customers were terrible and nothing was done about it. It was apparent that the property did not care about the image and how the property was not cared for.

My stay at the comfort in was good. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. However the bathroom needed some TLC. The faucet was loose on the tub and there was some rust around the fixtures. I attribute it to being older and in need of upgrading. It didn’t dampen my mood. Overall it was good and I I would stay there again.

Although the room needed updating it was spacious and clean. It had everything you needed to have. Breakfast was quite decent. Staff we met were friendly. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from room above us. Like people moving rolling things around and dropping things even at 4AM.

If your taking kids this is a great spot to take your kids I stood at days inn and it was way to many hangouts so my kids were scared I came here to comfort inn and my kids loved it and they felt so safe they even ate breakfast without me it was a blessing for us to stay somewhere and feel safe comfort inn will be my number 1 spot to stay at

We stayed 2 nights 10/23 in a standard king room. Room was clean. Price was very satisfactory, comparatively speaking. Everything was functional as expected. No USB port for charging. Bed was a pillow top mattress and was very comfortable (we sleep on a Sleep Number at home). Took our own pillows. 24 hr front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. Parking lot is well lit. It is an older building, but was more than satisfactory for us, as we just needed a reasonably priced, safe, clean place to stay with a microwave and mini fridge. I wasn’t sure what to expect as reviews I read were 1 years old and weren’t that great. !! One thing I would caution is do ask the desk for another bath mat and place it in the tub prior to showering/bathing. Unless they have since fixed it, our tub was slippery!!!

When we got in our room we found that the bathtub finish was badly peeling. My wife refused to use the shower it was gross. In general the room and lobby were clean. When we went to bed there was a dog barking which made it difficult to get to sleep. To make matters worse, we received a phone call at 11:30 telling us that the hotel had received a complaint about our dog barking, which is strange because our dog died two years ago. At least they were trying to fix the problem, the dog finally did stop barking, must have been when the owners returned.

I liked the hotel, the bed i stayed in was really worn thou, and everything was great until the ac kicked on and made the room smell like a smokers resident. I didnt enjoy that but honestly for the price point i can bear with it. The room was super clean. The staff is really nice and parking is great and its super close to my job site so I can only complain so much

I had to change rooms twice because the key was not working. There were stains everywhere, the room was filthy, even the workers mentioned how creepy the space was. Not a good stay at all.

The elevator was broken, with doors left open on it. So had to take stairs. The breakfast was meh. Didn’t get anything because there wasn’t much and the worker was just standing there watching to make sure you didn’t take more than their limit per person on it. Toilet in our room wouldn’t flush. Thankfully my husband is handy and got it working. It got the job done for the few hours we were there though.

This was a last minute booking as my 2 year old and I had traveled from a 8hour ride from NC and our Airbnb failed us. The overall property up keeping could use some revamping. The bedding and bathroom curtains need to be replaced. The bathroom tub as well as the toilet In the suite I stayed in needed to be replaced. The staff is quite pleasant. The elevator broke down while I was their that wasn’t a good day as I had to take the staircase to and from the 4th floor with my toddler for that entire day(currently pregnant so that’s as exhausting) … the area is convenient tons of shopping centers and the numerous highway connections to get to and from. The overall say was okay nothing really to wow about.

No daily maid service during our stay. Had to get clean towels for the next day from the receptionist. Drapery was unhooked in a few places and room did not seem very clean.
