I had just stayed at this hotel two weeks prior to this stay. I stayed in the same type of room but this was a different room on the same floor I stayed on two weeks prior. When I first entered my room this trip, it smelled just like “weed”. We smelled it every time we entered our room. But the next morning we couldn’t smell it. Also, when I first arrived and went in the bathroom, as soon as I turned on the light there was a bug, which I think is called a silver fish, went running across the floor. I had the curtains closed at night but there was a lot of light still coming in around the curtains due to a big light right outside my room. The positive part of this trip was the desk staff is friendly and they had a good breakfast available. I am coming to the area again soon but I believe I will stay at a different location next trip.

Pros: The check in staff at the desk were very friendly, I felt safe in the area, Good location, 2 great restaurants next parking lot over, could not hear any noise from other guest in hall or rooms next door. Cons: They did not have any clean towels or wash clothes the second night I was there so I had to use dirty linens the second night, and I noticed yellow stains on the sheets we were sleeping on. I believe and hope that the sheets were clean. I believe they were just stained. But still it looked gross.

At check in and Check out, the clerk was very hospitable, but the staff in the afternoon and evening were very rude! Mold around the tub and cleaning rag left on the window seal.

The guy at the desk was very friendly but as soon as I wheeled my mom in she started having breathing problems because of whatever small was in the lobby. I rushed her to our room and went down to get a bag. By the time I got back a couple mins later she asked to leave because the smell in the room was so bad. It was affecting her breathing. $150 for 5 mins is not cool

The staff was amazing!! There is not one employee that we interacted with that was not kind, helpful, and ready to make sure our stay was wonderful. The hotel itself was physically a little dated, but the customer service made that factor almost irrelevant. Great location if trying to be near the University of South Alabama.

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions through the years and can certainly say the hotel is in need of refreshing. In addition to the hotel looking a bit "tirted" the fitted bedsheet kept slipping off the mattress during the night. Regardless of my efforts, they would not stay on the bed.

Our party of 5 checked in on Friday evening November 10, 2023. The two greeters, one was the night manager, were absolutely wonderful. They were very gracious and offered explanation of all amenities. Terrific personalities and excellent customer service. They gave me their names, but I left the card in the room. Please extend my review to the appropriate management for their recognition.

First room had been smoked in. Moved me to a different room that was full of mold, had a leak in the ceiling and spit out dampness and mold particles out of the vents. Miserable!

The hotel room that I stayed in had an overpowering smell of mildew. The chairs at desks or tables had fabric worn down and off, the lamps had stains. I thought about moving rooms, but honestly figured the rest of the place was likely no different, and I was mostly at the place I was visiting for business. Additionally, I was disappointed that there was not a complimentary shuttle to the airport. I called the suggested third party shuttle to set up a time to take me to an early airport flight and they did not show up. Overall, it was a disappointing stay and I would not recommend to others to stay here.

There were roaches in the room, wall paper torn on the walls and a dead spider inside one of the pictures on the wall. We also found a spot of blood on the bed comforter. When the front desk person was notified they did nothing and provided us roach spray to use ourselves. They were also rude to our children when they asked for extra pillows and linen.

Checked in at 10:30 pm. Room was blazing hot, mentioned it to the front desk staff as we were going back out to move the car; his reply was “that’s not too.” AC was broken, no cool air coming out of vents. Has to be at least 90 degrees in our room. Thankfully there was an open Walgreens close by. Went and purchased a fan at 12:30 just so we could have air movement in the room. 10/10 so not recommend until they renovate and update their facility and of course, get the AC working properly. Travel frequently and have NEVER had this or any trouble at any of the other Hilton branches.

The hall way to the room smelled like urine and mold , and Everyday around 7pm we could smell marijuana coming from the bathroom vent. I told the front and the only thing they offered was to spray our vent in the bathroom.

THE STAFF AS OK BUT THE COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST WAS NOT GREAT AT ALL AND THE ROOMS HAD A STRANGE ODOR. ALTHOUGH THEY WERE PRETTY CLEAN SOME OF THE FURNITURE WAS BROKEN/IN NEED OF REPAIR. FOR THE PRICE I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED BETTER.

Definitely needs updating & better cleaning. Our towels had huge holes but looked, smelled clean. The hotel just needs to be redone. Wallpaper is worn, stained, furniture had rips & tears. Would not be my choice to stay again. Hotel staff however was very nice.

The room smelled like wet dogs so i asked the receptionist for air freshener, she did spray the room which helped but the smell came back. No one came in to clean the room or give me clean towels during my 3 day stay and even when i asked for someone to put towels in my room, it never happened. This hotel needs to keep some rooms for people not traveling with pets just a suggestion! Would stay somewhere else next time, wish i had read the reviews before booking!

The property was not as advertised. The toilet was not working as well as the televisions in the room we were put in. As someone who's never been to Little Rock, I thought this was a good location but it turned out to be the opposite.

Everything is fine with the hotel but we have never gotten a statement from the check out desk. They always have computer problems. Glad I didn’t have to submit a travel document for the trip. Could be a problem for some
