Super nice, well kept place. Would have liked to stay longer. Fantastic breakfast buffet.

Good location, close to the attractions. Was a good value for the location. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom/shower was dated, but was functional. They had a significant breakfast as part of the stay. It included an egg dish, but there was bacon in it, so there wasn’t an egg option for those who don’t eat meat or pork. There was also an enchilada like dish for breakfast, but it included chicken - there weren’t similar vegetarian options, but there was fruit, yogurt, granola, etc.

Beautiful room! The artwork and quality of space was amazing. The big heavy vintage wood doors were beautiful. We loved the authentic adobe feel inside with visible straw mud walls. Amenities were great, too, with coffee maker and glass door fridge. The breakfast buffet (free) was delicious offering fresh fruit, French toast, bacon, eggs and hash browns. Also offering pastries and international breakfast options. Overall, a great place to stay! The only thing we missed out on was that the restaurant/bar was not open. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cute place. But I’ve been awake since 4:30am. My back hurts terribly. The light shone on me with the lights in that hallway on. And the chirping birds are usually great, but not at 4:30 am.

We have stayed three times at The Inn at Vanessie and will continue to stay there each time that we pass through Santa Fe. The rooms are charmingly Southwestern. The breakfast area has been remodeled and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The only dings to the inn are the lack of electrical outlets in places where you need them and the inconsistency of bathtub-or-shower in the rooms. Each room is slightly different from its neighbors, again, in a charming, boutique way. There is a Keurig in each room, which is a real plus for me! Overall, The Inn at Vanessie is definitely worth the splurge. The personnel are kind and generous with their time. You really get that boutique feel there. It's not a long walk to the plaza and several excellent restaurants.

This is an adorable southwest style inn. The rooms are spacious and the decor is beautiful. Breakfast and parking are included!

We were allowed an early checkin, given a free extra meal-excellent, by the way: the bedding was luxurious, handicap was accommodated. All in all a great stay.

Our room was very charming and comfortable, we were able to to use the kiva fireplace as well.

I love the uniqueness of each room and it's design matching the NM architecture and decoration.
The service was excellent and they even help us planned a day trip to Taos, NM., by giving us some points to see along the way.
It is not about the trip but the journey.

Stayed at Inn at Venessie during our spring break and enjoyed the unique boutique styled rooms that embodies Santa Fe architecture. Definitely recommend staying here.

The heat in our room was broken, which they knew ahead of time because they had set up space heaters but did not tell us about. They did not change our room when we requested it.

Very nice place and friendly staff. Thr breakfast was great. They provided a crib for my 1-year old at a very short notice. Definitely recommend it.

In the center of town at waking distance. Staff was great even called to check up on me before I got into town.
I wish there was water bottles in the room.
I would have preferred to have breakfast onsite the hotels restaurant. The brunch across the street was still great.

As a lot of potential but now there yet. Comfortable bed, good shower, nice room #8.
The air conditioning made noise.
There no amenities except the restaurant that was closed to renovation. The breakfast was ok not up to 4 stars hotel. There no lobby to speak off to sit and relax by the fire.
Parking was good and we got a breakfast credit at the next door bakery’Millie’ which was very good. The staff people were nice and friendly.

The property is Santa Fe style and historic. It is a leisurely 12 min. walk to the downtown SF Square. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The variety of breakfast foods was great with mains rotating daily. However, the presentation of the food was not what I expected...it could have been more sophisticated, rather than 'down home.' We visited over Christmas with mornings at 20° F. Our room heater combined with the 10 ft. ceilings had a hard time keeping the large, tile-floored room comfortable...Overall, we left happy to have stayed there and seen downtown SF in detail.

This is a beatiful hotel on a walking distance but not so cozy during the winter. Cold air drifting, and cold tiles and walls. Yes, there is a heater but blowing hot air is not pleasent. We paid extra for a fire place, but with the best effort we couldn’t keep the fire. Overall, we expected more.

Toilet chain was broken, safe was broken and never replaced or fixed during our stay, there was a big gap in the door letting in cold air so had to use towels to block it. It's not a bad hotel, but fireword was $15 a bundle on top of a $30 day resort fee. It wasn't a bad stay, just was average. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was clean. At least parking was included in the resort fee, so was breakfast but we only tried it one day.

It's a charming property, many of the tourist attractions, restaurants, and the Canyon Road galleries are less than a mile away. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast offerings were delightful and the coffee was top notch! We had a group of 5 different couples staying in different rooms on the property and we all had a great experience.
