Very quick check on. Great comfortable sleep. Good breakfast including diy waffles. Clean room and overall great condition for an over night stop.

The staff were so friendly and so helpful. It was so comfortable and relaxed. The only complaint I have is the door seals. The door to our room had a pretty large gap around it, as if the door didn't fit properly or weather stripping was missing. It didn't affect the air or comfort of the room but the outside sounded extra loud and the light coming in was annoying at times. Otherwise everything was really clean, well maintained, and comfortable! (They also had the best water pressure of any hotel I've ever stayed at. And the tub drained, which is oddly rare it seems.)

Front desk staff ( I think her name was Sandra) was so friendly & helpful. She was also there the next morning when we checked out, with a smile on her face. The breakfast attendant was also smiling & spoke to us.

Great front desk service, however the property was very run down, dated and pretty gross. You were able to hear everything happening in various rooms, including others’ alarms and people walking around in the above room at throughout the night.

Great location and the night clerk was very sweet. We were traveling with a new baby and stopped exhausted at 4am.. We spoke with the check in clerk about a late check out and she said 12 noon will be ok. The room was old and outdated. The beds were comfortable and seemed clean but there was a smell. At 10:15 housekeeping started banging on the door and woke us up. We told them we had a late check out for noon and she said ok no problem. At 11:30 someone came to our room saying we were late checking out and we explained that we had arranged a noon check out and the man said no, you have 10 mins to get out. In less than 10 mins another person came to door and I explained we would be 5 mins as we were getting our shoes on and she said we have 1 minute to leave the room and stayed on the doorway until we walked out 2 mins later. We travel to this area often and will definitely not be returning here and it's definitely not worth $100 a night even if the customer service was better.

We did not stay at the Best Western. I have asthma and allergies so I asked to see a room since it was an old hotel with outdoor room entrances. It was so moldy smelling that I started coughing a lot. We examined two other rooms and unsurprisinglybthe same thing happened. We were told that we couldn't get a refund so we cut our losses and left.

Convenient place to stay since the shuttle I use to get to Warner Robins from Atlanta Airport is with-in a couple 100 yards of drop off in Byron. Rate was good and cheapest within the 4 hotels with-in the proximity of each other. Basically stayed there to rest a couple hours at the end of the day and sleep then get up eat breakfast and leave for the day to visit with family in Warner Robins. "only" complaint I had was the Wi-Fi didn't work in my room. It worked in the lobby but not in my room which was was near the end of the building, Rm 116. I only needed it for my phone so I didn't push the issue but something for management to check out. Breakfast was just right. Eggs, Sausages, (Grits if you wanted them), various cereals, bagels, bread, waffle maker, pastries, juice and coffee. Will go back there next spring when I visit. Very friendly staff all around

Wouldn’t have stayed here at all if it was t for the pool. I generally avoid places with room door opening directly outside for safety reasons. The whole place was dated and felt its age.

I check in late, the lady at the front desk says that I can request a 12pm checkout which I do.. they are banging on my door at 10 am.. I tell the lady what happened, they don’t care, someone else bangs on my door , and again , very annoying .. says they have to shampoo the carpets .. ok so I have to accommodate to your schedule?? Terrible inconsiderate management

workers were nice to switch out rooms but the rooms were nasty. i reserved for 3 rooms for my 18th birthday. one room smelled like pee the other room didn’t have air and the other one had a stain on the bed and a crack in the bathroom mirror.

Staff was friendly and efficient for check in. The room smelled terrible and there was blood by the toilet. The floors carpet felt very grimy. The sofa bed mattress was very poor quality and you can feel every spring. Furniture was dirty and dated. It was a quick overnight so we just dealt with it, but wouldn’t come back nor recommend.

I stay here with my grandgirls 3 or 4 times per year while I'm in town. It's always a good value and well kept for the most part. However, this time was not as good; the wifi wasn't working inside our room which was a problem because I couldn't connect the kid's PS4. The signal and connection worked outside but not inside our room and remained like that even after several phone calls and attempts by tech support to fix the problem. We were in a Family Suite and was told there weren't any others available we could move to until the next day, so we changed rooms the next day which was a bit of a hassle. Typically the hotel is clean but this time both rooms had cleanliness/housekeeping/maintenance issues. Both rooms needed vacuuming bad! There was dirt and food debris on the floors. Both rooms smelled musty as if the carpets needed a thorough cleaning so I sprayed some air freshener several times and just attempted to get used to it over the 4 night stay. The bathroom sink drain stopper was broken in the first room and the sink faucet leaked at the base of the second room. Anyway, you get the point. The maintenance and housekeeping staff need to do a better job and pay more attention to detail. I'll likely stay there again only because my grandgirls enjoy the indoor pool and the hotel is convenient to my Son's house.

Property was OK, but didn't realize you entered the rooms from the outside. I travelled alone and would feel safer entering a room from an inside hallway.

Breakfast, Fitness room open at 6am. Veronica at reception was extremely helpful! Room is not fancy but comfortable and clean. Nice sharp TV.
