I booked a room with 2 queen beds and was told at the lobby 2 hours after check in that I had to wait because they ran out of the rooms. They accommodated me with a king size bed during that time. I’m very disappointed with how things turned out and was almost late to attend my event due to the lack of communication and rooms. Will probably not book here again.

Simply because y’all had a leak and a room under my room, I was disturbed at least twice and that made my stay unpleasant because I was bothered twice which I could’ve stayed home and been bothered by my children

The price we paid for a same day booking and given the super late check in we did, I understand we kind of got the “scrap” room, Lol. However, that room needs a deep, deep, DEEP cleaning! The entire bayview tower is so gloomy compared to waterfront which is literally on the other side of the elevator; night and day. The doors of the rooms alone need to be wiped down, they are super dusty. Maybe some brighter hallway lights would also make a world of difference. Housekeeping came the very next morning after checking in and we asked her to come back later so we can get ready to head out, she said she doesn’t think that was possible which was fine since it wasn’t even 24hrs after check-in. The issue was, no one ever came back the other 2days. Yes we could’ve requested but by Saturday afternoon I was over it and we checked out Sunday anyway. I get post Covid has made businesses super short staffed but there’s definitely room for improvement there. The staff that we interacted with were all decent so no complaints there. Overall our stay was pleasant for a first time visit to AC. Will be back but idk if I’ll stay at Harrah’s again. Maybe I’ll try the waterfront rooms which reviews did suggest but was sold out due to this being a super last minute trip.

I was a little dissapointed that I had to pay for a pool and all kinds of service fees when I paid for the room. Everything is extra and my tv didn't work.

First day of arrival.
Room was not ready.
Reception staff said housekeeping will not be available on the side of the hotel we reserved... (Bayview Tower).
Reception also tried to change King room bed into double room beds. That is not what I paid for....
When asking for assistance during my time, I received attitude from many workers.
We ordered Uber Eats, my boyfriend asked where can we pick up the food from in the lobby, everyone was telling us different locations just to get us out of their faces. So someone eventually stole our food.
Even though the Front desk receptionist said housekeeping wouldn't be available, they will still be able to send you up fresh towels as needed if you call.
Every time we called. NO ONE ANSWERED!
I would NEVER stay here again!!!
My first and last experience here!

Roaches was in room, house keeping took a bag, stuck in parking garage, bed and furniture was dirty. Harrah moved us to new room promised a complementary stay ask for my email never send or heard back from anything. They couldn’t do anything right then because we booked by third party.

The room was spacious and the cleaning service was good. Self-check in and check out were arduous. I could also hear a couple having sex through my walls at all times of the day.

Check in was exhaustingly long. Kiosks were down. No apology from anyone. Horrible experience

We reserved the room and paid ahead. Got to the hotel and was told my room was sold and that my room was not guaranteed. Front Desk was rude upon checkin telling me that theres nothing they can do. I drove 7 hours just to sit in lobby for 5 hours while they were cleaning rooms. This is unexceptable. Then after 12 hours, the manager gives me a room key to go up to checkin finally and my room was dirty, simeone had just checked out. So had to go back to front desk and wait another 2 hours to get a clean room. This hotel is huge, very profitable and clearly staff just dont care about giving good customer service even the management. I would never come back to this hotel again. And they never offered to comp us anything!

Pool was busy the on private events on the stay wasn’t able to enjoy the pool which was one of the mine reason we booked here

A lot of the elevators were broken in making it almost impossible to get to the floor you’re staying on in a timely manner. The family pool apparently wasn’t opening until May 24 which us and the Basketball team we were there with had no clue or we would’ve chosen a different hotel. Very disheartening fact about that place for one pool to be open and have to be 21 and also pay to use. It is really ridiculous considering what we paid for the room. The shower also looked like there was mold that was caulked over so that was really disgusting.

When I arrived my double queen bed room was not available. The hotel did nothing to upgrade me or address other than give me a 75 food and beverage credit. I find it unacceptable that I book and paid for a room in advance and only to find it was unavailable when I got there. I will never be staying at harrahs again.

When I book my room. It was for Waterfront Tower. But I when to check in. They told me I was book for coastal Tower

Stayed at Harrahs Waterfront tower. Very spacious and clean and bed was very comfortable. Able to adjust temperature nicely. Great modern amenities. Would stay here again if needed (was here for a conference).

We were supposed to have a double bed in our room. They told us that they would send up a roll away bed since there were not anymore double rooms. I waited and waited and finally called downstairs and was told by a rude front desk person that they were none and whoever told us that we would have one at check in should not have told use so. This was my first time staying in this hotel and I was very disappointed that my first visit was not a great one.

Harrah's is a great affordable option for Atlantic City visits. The table minimums are affordable, the pool is great, and the hotel provides good-sized rooms with comfortable amenities. My issue is with some hair and small stains on the sheets and that my room was not cleaned during my visit. Also, they charge $37/day for "Resort Fees" but it does not include parking g or the pool.

Great hotel but very expensive.

Property is definitely becoming rundown. Furniture in room is worn out and mini frig loudly hummed all night.

The room was not cleaned and the bathroom was DISGUSTING

I stayed at Harrahs for one night. My friends and I reserved three rooms and all of them were not really clean, specially the bathroom.

We have stayed at Harrah's multiple times! The rooms are nice and spacious. My concerns with the housekeeping staff and the lack of detail when cleaning the rooms. This is our second consecutive visit where we have found beverages, bottles, and/or food left in the room from a previous guest. In addition, the phone in our room was completely "unwired." My husband went down to the front desk and notified them of the phone and "trash" left in the room. They assured him someone from housekeeping was on the way. By 9pm, housekeeping had not arrived and we went to bed. With this issue occurring for the second time, we will probably stay at another resort in Atlantic City for our next visit.

Immediately downgraded due to maintenance.. but still selling rooms for the building not available. We paid 4x what our room was.. we called special to have a room with a tub. We checked into the room thinking after waiting in line I’ll call down see what’s up. Vomit spot that looked like it had tried to be cleaned stunk our room up all week.. ALL WEEK as they could or would do nothing to make it right. First time at this property and even to Atlantic City..

The room was nice and clean, and I have no complaints… Check in was fast and easy and moving forward this will be my go to hotel in Atlantic City

I’m very upset that I had to listen to a wild sex frenzy taking place in the room next door at 4:30 am! It was disgusting and I have yet to get the noises out of my mind. Absolutely appalling and disrespectful. Other than that, you may want to check for the various prostitution taking place in the bar because it was definitely the talk of the convention. Everyone who saw knew what was going on. It’s very weird to deal with and makes people uncomfortable. I know it is tough to combat but there was absolutely no oversight (other than a janitor telling us our son couldn’t walk on the carpeted area that we purposely were not trying to walk on we were rushing to leave and cutting through crowds.)
The greatest part of our experience was check in with a lovely young woman. I did not get her name and I was so upset about that as I was rushing to check in due to running late (this was a business trip). I hope my description helps you locate her because she needs to be personally commended. I did let her know I absolutely loved and appreciated her spirit and service as she was a joy. She was short in stature, brown skinned, had a long ponytail, a beautiful smile and upbeat attitude. She put me at ease as I hate casino hotels. Any time I visit AC I stay off site because I can’t stand it. I’m sure you understand why from the beginning of my comment here. I will add the view was awesome but I wish a suite was available.

Room would’ve been fine, except no hot water. We were informed as we were leaving to go to dinner, and we obviously didn’t have time to switch rooms. The next morning, when we called down to switch rooms, no one had any idea we’re talking about. But we still had no hot water.

Upon arrival they tried to give us a room lesser than what we booked, reluctantly she gave us a king room with the bay view. The next morning we had a spa booking. The spa was wonderful! Afterwards, we returned to our room only to be hit with an intense smell of marijuana. I called down to the front desk, they said they understood and would send up housekeeping to spray?! Not sure what she meant by spray, but I agreed to it as long as it didn’t cost me anything. We left our room and returned a few hours later only to still get hit with the Marijuana smell along with a deodorizing smell. Obviously the “spray” did nothing for the smell. Again, we left our room, My husband went to the front desk to complain that their solution did not work. We’re unable to go back to our room due to the smell so we stayed on the casino floor for the rest of the afternoon until dinner. Dinner was fabulous, the restaurant La Strada, which is on Harrah’s premises, was amazing along with the concert afterwards. We get back to our room, and it’s even worse than it was earlier that day. We called the front desk again, then went down to the front desk. Long story short, they were not willing to do anything, we then asked for a new room. Unfortunately, the new room was a downgrade from what we paid for. We asked for a discount, which was denied because we went through Hotels.com, which I guess, negates they’re responsibility to give us decent service. They should be ashamed of themselves.

We couldn’t travel due to spouse obtained a bad injury and had to get on medication and could not travel. I tried to cancel on the day of the deadline for cancellations of the REFUNDABLE stay, but neither hotels.com nor would the hotel itself allow me to cancel or have any support or support or caring about our situation. We really looked forward to the trip but the experience has made me NEVER want to book travel through hotels.com again nor at that hotel. Additionally this experience will give major negative referrals by myself and my spouse to every single person that we know, work with, or are related to telling them to be forewarned if they ever use these businesses again. Thanks no thanks to the hotel involved and hotels.com. Use them at your own risk.

To start when I checked in they didn’t have the room that I paid for. While asleep at 4am the hotel conducted a fire alarm "testing" that cause the fire alarms to scream for over 30 mins on our entire floor. When we went down to the front desk there was no manager present and no help from the front desk attendant. We were then surrounded by security and told there was nothing they could do and to wait 30 mins for a manager. We waiting for over an hour to then have a
housekeeping manager explain that a generator went out and we would have to call a number because they couldn't help us. An hour and 15 mins later the
"manager" then showed up to still be of no assistance. We notified her we had to drive over an hour for work, now running on no sleep still with no concern or assistance. So we were forced to check out at 5:30am with no sleep to try and still make it to work.

It was hard to get the bell hop to help me bring my items down to my car that was with the valet. They were short staff which I understand. It wasn’t really their fault. Front desk was not helpful because I had to call several times. They to charged me an extra $20 which I have fighting. I am waiting for the supervisor to call me. For the first visit it was ok. I will try a different casino and hotel next time.

The room was amazing but the not told about prices and not announcing the pool was closed and to have my room changed at the last minute was a big inconvenience we came as a family but had to stay towers away very expensive wich not a really big deal I expected that some or the restaurant host were very rude I was way over charged for things I didn’t even do
