Dated and weirdly large bedside lights. Beds were too soft

Great stay, very comfortable room at a great price

Loved the setup for the room & amenities, but too far from boardwalk. And the tv just stopped working my last night there. Also had a security guard ask if I was lost after I came from working out in the gym .. thought that was weird. But overall a fine stay.

GN is an affordable option for the business or leisure traveler. The drinks are strong at every location. The service in the bars and restaurants is friendly and welcoming but not intrusive. Rooms are clean and spacious. WiFi is slow but functional. Overall a great value. Felt safe.

After a 2hr drive we were exhausted Check-in time is @ 4pm. We got there @ 5:30pm. They told us our room wasn’t ready and that they will call my cellphone when ready . We went and grab a bite to eat waited another hr no call .We walk up to Desk to find out our room was ready but we never received the call . That’s so wrong and ridiculous having your guest wait 2+ hrs to get their room. I feel bad for any elderly or any guest with children . Not acceptable!! Although everything else was great but just the simple fact of having us wait around all that time .

Came to see a Foghat and enjoyed our stay!

Would not stay there ever again and they used any reason they could to charge an extra fee. Gross and outdated.

The hotel was very nice the price we paid was surprisingly affordable for a weekend in AC.

Great stay peaceful and quiet

Thermostat could not be adjusted, stayed at 65…mini refrigerator was broken. Other than that it was a decent room.

It was ok, no instruction at the front desk. Didn’t even know what time was check out. No room service menu in the room.

Went in the wrong line to check in an the lady was more then fine helping us still check in. Checked in early with no problem as well. Parking was free. Room was clean an comfortable.

Our first stay in a casino environment. A lot of activity!! Easy checkin, easy check out. No real issues, and quite affordable. Self parking super easy. Food is kinda pricey, but a lot of options and tasty.

The people were great, room very nice, and clean. Price was high because we don't gamble enough.

Housekeeping did not clean room other than that room stay was excellent

Great hotel. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Had a nice view of the Marina. Casino is small and quiet which we prefer. Shout out to Mickie of Bar 46 and James at Dos Camino. Definitely recommend the stay here.

The stay was good a few good restaurants an some entertainment.

The staff was very nice. The rooms definitely could use an upgrade, the rooms were cold and the heat did not work. Hotel is advertised as family friendly but does not have anything for children. A great plus was that I was able t check in early which was amazing since we arrived early. I do think it is important that staff make there guest feel welcome I was there for my birthday and it was not slightly acknowledge. over all my stay was mideocre

The hotel wasn’t as bad as it seemed. When we first entered the hotel, we had to wait two and a half hours for our room, which was never a struggle we had dealt with in previous hotels. So it didn’t make the first impression great, as well as seeing some negative reviews which weren’t favorable in their experience, so I didn’t know whether or not this was a hotel I would be fine with. But as we entered our room, it wasn’t so bad. The room looked pretty decent, the air quality seemed pretty decent, and overall it was a pretty comforting experience. The housekeeper we had was actually very nice in delivering us blankets on our first day and everything was kept clean, and they had consistently cleaned our rooms whenever we had went out. Overall, it was a pretty decent stay. I wouldn’t say it was the most beautiful stay, but it wasn’t the worst. Pretty decent time here.

Unexplained 32/ day fee at arrival. First room smelled like gym socks, second room had an old, uneven bed that was very uncomfortable

Our toliet ran for our entire 3 day stay had to close the bathroom door to tone it down..and it was a dog on our floor that wouldn't stop barking

Always a great stay only complaint Tv wasn’t working but I was hardly in room.

This hotel has simple and affordable parking ($10/day or free with hotel stay). I would note that they charge an additional $35ish per night 'resort fee' upon arrival. Staff was very friendly and hotel had live entertainment with places to eat/drink. Will definitely book again if we go back.

It was amazing but never had the time to warm my food cause there was no microwave in the room.
