We had a nice stay. 3nights. The kids loved it. Amazing coffee machine. The young lady at the front desk is friendly and helpful.

Staff were great. Property was okay. Conviently located for the purpose of our trip.

The management host and cleaning service were all excellent. Very friendly, very polite very grateful for each, and everyone of them I suggest, or recommend a raise for them all!

We enjoyed our stay; however, the beds were very uncomfortable. I think the mattresses need updated. Other than that, we had no problems at all.

It's reasonably priced, easy to find, has a bar in the lobby area. The rooms toward the back are kind of laid out oddly. The entry door doesn't lock, every other hotel I've ever stayed at that has other entrances besides the lobby has had room key activated exterior door locks.

My husband and I had a very nice time during our stay. Our room was clean, and we had our linens restocked daily when we had breakfast in the dining area near the lobby. This was included with our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We found the body wash to be empty when we showered the first day. To spite assuring us our room would be cleaned daily we returned late in the afternoon to find housekeeping had not cleaned our room. The manager said that they had left for the day but brought us clean towels. When I mentioned it to the front desk staff on checkout they rolled their eyes. The pool and hot tubs were both cloudy and smelled off. Beds were comfortable and the rooms are a good size. Overall I would have expected better at the price point they are charging for the room.

Well maintained, quiet and convenient for our needs. The bed was wonderful but we hated the little square bed pillows.

My first problem was that I reserved a non-refundable room on the second floor not knowing that their elevator was broken and I am handicapped with a walker and bad legs. I found out after I had placed my reservation. I called Best Western and Page helped me to get a room on the first floor. That was great. I did not have to walk upstairs with my luggage. For one thing the room was not accessible and was a considerable distance from the office, bar, and breakfast area. The tub and toilet was in it’s own very little room with no handrails to hold on to. I could barely make it around in the room with my walker. The heater in the room was so hot that I had to turn the digital thermostat down to 62 degrees before the room was cool enough to sleep in. Each morning I was waking up to bug bites. I finally found the culprit on the shower in the bathroom. Toilet was not elongated and low to the floor. Toilet paper is in your way trying to sit down on the toilet. There were not enough towels in the room for 3 people. No towels in the pool area. We had to walk back to our room dripping wet with water to get our towels from the room. There was suppose to be a benefit package given to rewards customers but they were out. When I asked about the fireplace not being on in the lobby they said it was broke. The breakfast was great but the food was the same the 2 days we were there. The hot tub was working but the water was not hot or swirling like it is suppose to do. Pool water was cold. The

This property was better than I expected and only 5 minutes from Frankenmuth. They had a decent breakfast the 2 mornings and desk help was friendly.

Decent for the price

It was Thanksgiving weekeng and even if most of the staff was frienly and accomodating our room was cleaned only once the day afthe our arrival and thats it we were informed rooms are only cleaned every 3 days leaving us without towels apperantly the staff was helpless as manager wasent there and every issue like no soap in bathrooms or coffe machine out of coffe no one could do anithing about it couse they dident have keys... i had a securyty issue with my car asked to see security cameras and of course no one had acces to them excep the manajer. Front desk was nice and accomodating but kind of rude when confronted about the camera issue i was told litterally: if a tow truck came buy i wuold have seen it meaning either you are looking at security cameras or have your head outside the window the whole day.

BW hotel has only "one" cart luggage on the property. HELO!

It kept up with the bavarian theme of a little town. Inside the rooms have been updated to modern. I was unhappy that the elevator was out of service, as we were on the second floor.

The hotel was adequate for our needs for one night. We didn't use the pool but it is small. There is an on site bar which is convenient. The breakfast was nothing special. Your typical hotel continental. Very convenient also was the hotels location to the outlet mall and restaurant. The Days Inn behind this hotel though is kind of scetchy so after we unloaded the car we drove it around to the front of the hotel.

Breakfast needs help

Elevator was not working. The staff was ni apologetic at c all not easy to carry luggage up 18 c steps. Breakfast was just so so

I am very disappointed with Expedia. This is not the hotel I booked. I wanted the hotel on site. That’s what you told me I was going to receive I get there and it’s one down the road I will never book with you again so disappointed this is the second time that you’ve done this to me.

Booked the suite 1 month in advance. Get a text the morning off to sign registration. When we get to the hotel we were told the suite isnt available for maintenance reasons. Why couldnt they tell me that prior to us getting there. Then tried to put us in a different so called suite in a different building and it was horrible. We ended up staying in a standard room that was ok but nothing like we wanted

Not staffed properly. Front desk clerk was only one on duty during check in times and working very hard to get a line of people in and answer phones at same time. Next day for breakfast (a Saturday) only one person trying to prep and get food out and make sure supplies were available (plates and utensils) for another longer line of people. They both did their best but clearly were frazzled trying to keep up with the demand. Another person helping both would have made everything run much more smooth and less stress for them both. .

Property is older with some updates in common spaces. Restaurant onside for bar type food. Rooms were clean and beds are comfy. Bathrooms have sink outside toilet/ shower area so great for traveling with others. Rooms we spacious lots of space for luggage and shopping bags. VERY close to birch run, entry to property is weird but overall solid for a one night stay.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. Breakfasts were great and Rehjina was super!! Rooms were abit dated and bathrooms need to be refreshed but we just used it at night to sleep. Pool and hot tub were just right. Close to lots of amenities. Thank you!
