This was a third stay here, and we've made it our "go to" hotel when we need to come in the local area. Good access to I-280, and the local Chinese markets nearby are good!

Great place to stay. Next to Apple headquarters. Asked if they can check us in a little early and she said yes but didn’t tell me they were going to charge extra. I travel frequently and ask for early check in and no one has even charged me. I wish she could’ve at least said something instead of finding out after the trip there was an added cost. Other than that, hotel was a good size, clean and comfy bed.

I booked a three-night stay and only asked for the room to be cleaned on the third day. However, our rooms was never cleaned. When I called the front desk to let them know that the room hasn't been cleaned, they denied that I called earlier in the morning to have the room cleaned. When I asked for some clean towels and toilet paper, I was told to go down to the front desk and pick it up myself. This is absolutely one of the worst experiences I've had at a "nicer" hotel. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The room smelled like bleach. The bedding smelled so bad with bleach it make it hard to sleep. The bed it self was hard. The room controls were not clear and hard to use HVAC. Happy I only needed one night

I really liked the staff, upon my check-in. The woman behind the desk helped me when I didn't have enough money on my card for the incidentals because of a problem with the Expedia app. I found out I was short just $5.00 required and she works the computer and gives me the room key. Now that's what I call Customer Service.

Always consistently good. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Parking is always easy. Price is reasonable. Close to Cupertino Village and Vallco. Only addition to suggest is some destination chargers for EVs.

The bed was uncomfortable. The temperature was uncomfortable; there was no way to block out outside light pollution - the curtain did not cover the white shade; the TV remote did not respond to the TV. The quality of the food was below average.

It was nice. Easy check in and check out. Really friendly hotel staff, even let us do a late check out which was super accommodating. Only complaint is that the comforter was a bit scratchy and not super soft. Otherwise pleasant experience!

A nice property with friendly attentive staff. The rooms have modern fixtures and features. However, my first room didn't have working A/C. It was stifling. How could they not know that? My second room didn't have a working shade, so privacy was not possible. Again, how could they not know. Also they didn't tell me at check-in that I wouldn't have maid service. As I mentioned, the staff got right on it when I brought the maintenance issues to their attention. Location is good. The gym is better than many in this price category.

The room was very clean. They supplied plenty of towels and shower supplies. Very roomy, with a desk. fridge and microwave. Keurig coffee maker as well. I was very pleased with my stay. Will be staying here again

Stayed here for a work trip since it was walking distance to my destination. The hotel overall was clean, but it looked like the sheets weren’t fresh and had dirt stains on it upon checking into the room. They do lock the doors to the hotel lobby at night due to safety concerns in the surrounding area. It was slightly noisy due to the proximity of the hotel to the highway.

Not my favorite Hilton experience. Needs to be updated, small pool, rooms are over-aroma’ed with pungent fragrance that lingers throughout a few day stay. Stingy with toilet paper and pillows. Something nice? Central air and a blackout curtain. If you are undergoing a medical treatment at nearby facility, the dark room is nice. Be careful with the soft bed, it’s difficult to maneuver out of after procedures. Shower has small head and light pressure. For a Hilton, this was disappointing.
