The hotel was so nice I thought it was brand new but learned it's been around for a long time. You can never go wrong with Hampton Inn. The high standards are pretty amazing.

Hotel is very good in just about everything. The only reason we rated it lower was the elevators. They have two elevators but only one was working while we were there, and that one was on the slower side. Everything else about the hotel was rather good but it bugs us when you always have to wait for a full elevator.

We've stayed in lots of hotels in lots of cities. Every single hotel has had at least one thing that we didn't like. Not this one. Not one single complaint! Perfect location, right off the interstate, with easy access to everything in Cary and Raleigh. Perfect check in by friendly, competent staff. Easy parking. Easy access to the room. Nice, big room and big, comfortable bathroom. HOT water in the shower. Comfortable bed. Black out curtains that actually worked. Several choices of GOOD coffee in the lobby, available all hours of the day and night. Here's the best -- real half and half (in a stainless steel container) for coffee. Clean beyond normal. We will be back.

I have stayed at many hotels that were much more expensive than this one. This hotel was one of the cleanest and most friendly ever. From check in to check out was the best experiences ever! Although I didn't stay for the free continental breakfast I have seen. Fresh eggs and a wide variety of options. They definitely deserve the 5 star rating and even exceeded it!!!!

From the time that we walked in and was greeted by the sweet, beautiful Tedra she was very friendly. The lobby was decorated so beautifully. It was very clean when we got to rooms they were very very clean. The beds were absolutely comfortable. We slept so wonderfully the next morning we got up there was a very big selection of breakfast items. They have a beautiful outdoor patio that has everything you can think of. It’s just that it was just perfect all around. Housekeeping was very friendly as we passed in the hallways. We will definitely be staying here again when we’re in the area. Thank you for a great stay.

Loved the "walk-on" outdoor chess board. Disappointed that hotel refers to themselves as the "PNC Arena hotel" yet provides no shuttle service to the Arena, nor is it walkable.

I stay at this location often but this time my hot water wasn’t working, my hair dryer seemed like it was about to catch on fire and to top it off when I was leaving and asked for a water bottle (which they often provide me) I was humiliated and told free for members only

I've stayed at a few Hampton Inns before. All of them good. But this hotel made me stressful. After travelling 9hrs from Orlando, we decided to stay at this hotel. We were given a room on the 6th floor, booked in then told the elevator was out of service. We had to fetch 5 luggage pieces up 6 floors plus a baby. I entered the building with a baby stroller but was not told anything. We asked for a room on the lower floor but was told they can't change rooms and we could cancel instead. When we asked to cancel, they told us to call expedia.ca. My wife suffers from BPPV and had to fetch the sleeping baby up those stairs. If anything were to go wrong, it would have been on Hampton. I absolutely hate this experience. I hope I get a good night sleep atleast to prepare for my next leg. Not tht Hampton Inn cares!!!
