Was quiet, comfortable, and non-eventful. Room was clean and linens were non just clean but brand new.

As soon as you enter the room you can smell the musty smell very strong; the outside corridors were dirty; the cleanliness of the bathroom was not the best not to mention that the bathtub was topped and finally they decide to service the common areas in the early hours of the morning waking up the guests. It is a place I would not stay at again.

Room was very clean. Staff was extremely friendly. Beautiful landscape with view of pond. Family of ducks staying on property just had babies.

The key card did not work 4 times. The gentleman at the front counter was very nice and helpful . But I was so pissed that I had to go up and down the stairs 5 times to not being able to get into my room.

Nowhere in the description nor in the pictures was this advertised as an extended stay. The property was run down and looked nothing like the pictures. The clientele at an extended stay is different than a hotel or even motel. The door did not have a tight seal so we heard every sound through the door all night. The bathroom door has 8 inches of water damage and assuredly mold on it. There is a kitchenette, which again is not in the pictures. There was a coffee maker with coffee pods, I assume, but no disposable cups with the coffee maker or in the bathroom. When we arrived, around 9pm, the office door was locked. No one answered with knocking. The sign said there is a phone in a box on the wall to call the office. I opened the box and the phone has been removed. I called from my cell phone, no answer. After 15 minutes, a woman opened the door. We entered our room at 9:30 and left the property at 7:05 am, and that was way too long to be there. I expect to be reimbursed for this stay as it was not what was advertised.

I'm not the type to do reviews but the experience has been that bad. Think twice before booking and then think again.

Couldn't check in

Sink was backed up and the TV was struck at 75 and wouldn't get any lower. Also, bugs in the room.

When I arrived, the check in was pretty good and seamless with no issues but when I got to my room it smelled like smoke so I asked for a different room and the front desk agent switched me to a different room. When I got to that room I realized it wasn’t that much better either. The bed needed more pillows and the TV didn’t work. I called and asked for the pillows and she said she would send them and never did. I was unhappy with the room because the floor was sticky and the tub had a broken soap holder. The sink shoots out water really hard. The TV only had 2 basic channels that worked and the TV guide channel. It was overall not good. I also believe that a little roach got into my purse from there. The agent who checked me in said she would send maintenance for the TV and it never came. The place was a dump. There was a pile of dirty towels left outside someone’s door for many hours. My pillow request never came and wen I asked to cancel my reservation I was told that there would be no refund.

TV was set on lowest threshold of 79.So loud couldn’t watch it. Coffee supplies no coffee maker. 2 towels that were as thin as cheesecloth. Floor was dirty. Cabinet almost fell on my head. Parking lot noise. No bathroom floor mat. Absolutely nothing in rooms . Cheap bar of soap. Beds not comfortable. No ice bucket or I guess Ice maker and for over 200 dollars. This kind of room used to cost about 49dollars.

Check was a nightmare. Armed security presence because multiple guests very unhappy. Booked into a room without towels, pillowcases, shampoo, soap, working phone, tv or air. When we said this was unacceptable, they tried to force us into a 1 bed room (booked 2Q). Finally assigned us a room with no microwave or and tv volume on 79. Sub-par hotel, dirty rooms… nasty exterior Not worth the money

We had no wash cloths, no tissue, like none. No trash can. No cups. No ice machine that i saw. But it was a cozy stay despite lacking essentials.

When I arrived no one was their office door locked and no sign stating anything. I finally checked in the bath towels and wash cloths looked nasty & the AC didn’t work. Went back to office no one there called the number it rings busy called customer service to assist. Waited 22mins for someone to finally walk out the back to open the door the security and front desk was rude

First room I was given was in complete disarray. Cabinet door hanging off......phone had no cord...TV had no signal. Second room I got the TV volume would not go below 79. Both rooms had a sheet only no blankets. The overall view looks like they are in the process of rehabing the property but not sure it will be up to par even after.

Not bad. Less expensive than the local hotels in the area. Room I stayed in seemed to be renovated lately. Fresh paint, new furniture and very nice huge TV with Dish Network. It delivered what I needed and tho at night it gets a bit loud sometimes, my stay was pretty quiet and good.

This is a typical , close to the airport motel. Well used but acceptable. Constant highway noise.

The TVs were malfunctioning and was stuck on loud, and there was nothing that they can do. I was told they are ordering new TVs and I just have to adjust the telephones did not work at all plus I heard door slamming all night. This hotel was definitely not worth the $500, I had to spend for three nights plus there is no complementary breakfast served in the mornings I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Plus, the beds don’t have blankets on them I had to bring my own.

Not fit for human habitation. This place should be shut down by the health department. There was literally a can of bed bug spray on the floor. Trash in our room, our mattresses were slashed and had no pillows or sheets or anything, dead bugs and trash on the floor, and the accumulative smell of years of smoking despite reserving a non-smoking room. Lady at the front desk lied about reimbursing us the $354 we spent on three rooms. I even have an audio recording of it on my phone. They essentially scammed us. Shut this place down. I’ll be researching how to report them.

I didn’t like anything about the place the toilet seat was broken, the floor was oily and slippery. There was empty beer cans in the drawer when I opened it and also in the cupboard. There was also loud talking late at night. People had their dogs running without leash. It was a very uncomfortable stay. The vending machine was not working it took your money. There was no towels i wipe my skin with paper towel I bought. The bathtub was half full by the time I finished showering. Which was very short.

Room had not been cleaned when I checked in. No bedding, no towels, grease on the stove, empty Coke bottle on the counter. I had to have my room key reactivated every day. Mattress old & squeaky. Sketchy folks hanging around at night. Wasn’t comfortable at all.
