I was expecting not a road hotel for the price

Very comfortable stay. Terrific breakfast buffet. Great location in Fredericksburg. If only the weather would have cooperated!

Excellent location to walk and shop and eat. Quick drive to Luckenbach. The room was large and lots of room.The beds and pillows were comfortable. Hot water and good pressure. It could have been cleaner, spots on some walls. The staff at the front desk were so nice, Lindsey gave us tips on where to go. I would stay here again.

We had an oversized room that was spotless...large enough for a dining table and sofa bed. Breakfast was comparable to Homewood Suites. A full hot breakfast far better than any Hampton Inn. Perfect location for walking to the shops, restaurants and bars. I went in with limited expectations and left overwhelmed at the quality of service and value for the dollar spent.

Excellent location for walking to everything in town! Older place buy room was clean and spacious. A/C hard to adjust and very noisy. But someone helped make it work. Pool was cold and lots of leaves. Good assortment of hot and cold items for breakfast. Friendly staff. Great bargain.

When I arrived, I was nervous. But,I am like that whenver I stay in a hotel room. We arrived early and was expected to be turned away since my scheduled check in time was a couple hours later. The staff was really friendly and did not even mention anything about it and checked me in right away. I was also happy that there was an elevator to access the floor. Upon entering the room, we were suprised how clean, nice, and room the room was. I reserved the 2 queen suite, which made it feel very roomy. Even though the standard room would have been fine, the suite was worth the space. The hotel sits on Main st. and at the start of the walk on the Main St. strip. When returning from the strip, the hotel is right there. Also, there are a couple of restaurants across the street. Free ad for Mamacita's mexican food. I only wish I could have stayed long enough to try the hot breakfast and see more sights.

Great location, very nice people

The staff and the location were fantastic! The rooms were outdated and the bed was uncomfortable. It was a great location for tasting wine and being part of the activities.

The Sunday House Inn provided a very pleasant place to stay during a brief business trip. The front desk staff members were especially friendly and helpful. The room was nicely appointed and generally quite comfortable. The breakfast buffet was ample, but few items seemed to be freshly prepared. I could never manage to connect to the wi-fi, which I was told could be unreliable. A nice alternative to the national chains.

Nice family motel with a great location. Heated pool and breakfast is included. Friendly staff and comfortable room. The two negatives are a very small TV and lack of electrical outlets throughout the room. You can see where there were once electrical outlets but they now have solid plates on them so they are useless.

Always a great stay here! Walking distance to downtown.

Hotel was more like a Motel.....old appearance, etc.

The Sunday house was a perfect fit for my wife and I and our eight and 13-year-old granddaughters. The one pool is not heated, the second pool was heated and had an adjacent hot tub. The room was spacious, a little dated, but a great fit for us. The breakfast was good, although the staff talked way too loud on their cell phones, making it hard to hear each other and the TV.

Checking was a mess.

Just one night getaway for a 5K run and to see the flowers.

Our room did not have soap or shampoo & conditioner until we had to go get it from the front desk. The receptionist was not too friendly and said something like "welcome to Spring Break" very sarcastically. The coffee machine that gives you options of Hot Chocolate, Hot Water or French Vanilla - all gave Hot Chocolate.

The a/c did not work. They came and changed unit. Time inconvenience

Nice comfortable hotel on Main St. in Fredericksburg. Within walking distance to historic downtown. Generous breakfast with a large variety of selections, and a pleasant, helpful, and efficient staff 🙂 Really enjoyed our stay!

This was an amazing stay,staff,location,and property was excellent. Already know where we’ll be staying again.

It was all good until I started take a shower and the water did not get warm. Pretty cool the first night. The second night a little bit warm.

Beds are not very comfortable and rooms need updating! Shower water pressure was great. Biggest bonus close to all Main Street attractions!

Great location to walk main street and a short drive to area wineries. Friendly staff with nice rooms.

Great staff and location. Continental breakfast had a lot of options. More parking areas needed Only issue was a squeaky toilet when flushed.

Near downtown and easy in and out on parking. Price fairly decent. Had good pillows and towels.
