The hotel is so bad, its smells like urine bad!! The bathroom broke, no tp the water handles were damaged

Breakfast was horrible no napkins no more milk just not nice lobby bathroom out of order elevator out of order sad rooms very small big as a birds nest

I rented a non smoking room and was told not to smoke or I would be charged. The room was smoky. I reported it to the front desk. It was the last room on the 1st floor and the elevator was broken. The public restroom was labeled out of service, as well. I went and got room deodorizer and sprayed the room and brought the minimum of things inside. Long story short, the bed sheets were dirty, the toilet was plugged, there was only a 1/2 roll of toilet paper provided, sink knobs were broken. I went and asked for clean bedding and was provided one sheet that I wrapped up in when I went to sleep. The next morning there was NO HOT WATER for a shower. I packed up, as is and went to ask for a refund. The manager was not available. I called the number for the manager and he did not answer, I left a message and he did not call back. I called again this morning, he wont be in until after 11 a.m. I have initiated a credit card dispute. The location is close to the airport is the only good thing I can say. I cannot blame them for the people in Room 136 that decided that they needed to have a fight when most people at a hotel are trying to sleep. Regardless, it was a lousy night of sleep and I couldn't even clean up in a hot shower.

Looked nothing like the pictures online, sheets were worn & looked dirty. Bathroom May or May not have been cleaned. Breakfast was a joke in terms of options.

first: front desk rep was right on point ~ even with a guest yelling at him second: didnt see any bugs however, skunk-weed smell in the entire building, nighttime was drowned with cigerette smoke ~ even though was supposed to be in a non-smoking room, floors stained, box spring stained, remote to tv didnt work but we could reach up over our head to work the buttons on the tv, could hear people walking/falling from the floor above, shower didnt get very hot..... glad we were only there for one nite to sleep

Bare bones hotel. No coffee or extras provided. Only 2 towels provided for 3 people. The first room smelled musty and like perfume. The man at the front desk offered to cancel our booking but said we needed to call hotels.com. The only number provided on hotels.com was the hotel itself so we took a different room. We needed a fridge with a freezer but there was only a tiny refrigerator with no freezer. If i had known these things I would not have booked. At least they gave us a diferent room. Also the amount of water pressure for a shower was non existant. Took forever just to get wet.

Terrible

customer service was beyond horrible , the rooms weren’t clean , it was blood on the bed cover , the shower was disgustingly dirty and they had roaches !!!! when asked about a refund because who was saying in a roach infested hotel , the clerk became very rude and disrespectful as if it was our fault that the hotel was disgusting and had roaches . literally will never book w this company again based off this horrible experience .
