No coffee in the rooms as per the website. Carpet was torn and dirty. And bathroom wasn't cleaned properly

From the start the staff was great that first interaction sets the mood for the whole stay

Location.
Comfort and cleanliness. Ran down and needed some work in the rooms. Two flat pillows and spit ball on ceiling in bathroom. Cigarette burns throughout sink and counters in room. TV small and odd location in room. No proteins at breakfast!
