Room was comfortable. Pillows were amazing and I slept like a baby. Shuttle service back and forth from hotel to airport. Definitely would be willing to stay again.

Thin walls, hard beds, flat pillows, and not enough parking. People were parking along the curb everywhere and still didn’t have enough. Clerk said it’s ok to park next door but every lot says customers only and subject to tow.

Shower fixture were not to building standard, shower head was crooked and tub spout. TV remote was not working even with batteries being changed. Hotel coffee was the worst i ever had. Breakfast could be better. All in room 306

The hotel was mediocre to say the least. The parking lot was not shoveled, I had to park several blocks away during a snow storm. The door to the room had a 1/4” gap around it allowing for all the hallway light to pour in. The fixtures, bathrooms, furniture, were all very outdated.

Very nice for what I needed. My flight was delayed 2 hours. I called to let them know I would be checking in really late. Like 1:30am. They were very nice and accommodating my needs. They offered to send a shuttle at 1:30 if I needed it.

Nice, clean, and comfortable. Our only complaint was the extremely squeaky floors. All around the entry door and sink, no matter where we stepped it was very loud and a bit concerning.

This hotel is very clean and the beds comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The decor is somewhat outdated but that didnt matter as everything was in good condition and clean. Restaurants and convienience store with in walking distance and free airport shuttle.

The front desk reserved us a shuttle for 4:30. We arrived at the front desk 10 min early and they say the shuttle has already left. They then did nothing to try and help us or fix the situation. The single reason I chose to stay here was the airport shuttle.

We had an early morning flight and live a couple of hours from DIA. We wanted to stay at a hotel the night prior (close to DIA). This property definitely fit the category of what we were wanting such as inexpensive, clean, parking and close to DIA. Great place to stay when catching an early morning flight

There was nothing special about our room. When we got ready to go to bed, I pulled back the covers and the first thing I saw was a hair, and then I saw a brown spot on the sheet which convinced me that the maids had not changed the sheets. The mattress was hard and the pillows were big, bulky lumpy things.

We chose this hotel for being close to the airport and cheaper price. It did seem like an older hotel and a few things weren’t working throughout. Our tub was broken and kind of repaired. There wasn’t a whole lot nearby within walking distance. I’d stay again if it was just for the night because the price was good.

We were met with very unpleasant front desk staff. No hellos or a smile. Once we made it to our room we were pleased to find comfortable beds and pillows. We were there as Denver broke their record low temperature of -19. At 1am our heater kicked on and started screaming at us. We were unable to use it throughout the night. Temp dropped in the room and was unbearable. We decided to layer clothing and go back to sleep as it was too late to move my family to a new room. In the morning I went to the front desk to inform them of the heater problem. Front desk staff showed no compassion at all. Said they would send someone up to look at the heater. I asked for a refund which the front desk immediately said no and that we would have to call Expedia for a refund. She did say she would inform Expedia of my request. After this discussion i went into the breakfast area were numerous other guests were sitting. I needed a place to work for a few hours. As I set up my laptop and began to start working a staff member informed all of us that we had to leave to dining area so she could vacuum the floors and close the area. At this point I was not able to work in my room because of the cold. We were so cold that we chose to go the airport early. I was very happy with the transfer to the hotel. The drivers were very pleasant and helpful. I would like to request a full refund for this stay. As my wife, son, and I got little sleep and my son now has a cold.

After a long day of travel we had to stay in Denver because of weather. We booked the hotel because it is a Wyndham property and was not the cheapest. We called for airport shuttle. After 15 minutes I called back to confirm if the shuttle was coming and location for pickup as it was -10 outside. I was told it would be another 15-20 minutes. 25 mini minutes later shuttle comes and drives right past without stopping. We tried to flag him down. So I was told it would be another 20 minutes. Unacceptable it was freezing out. We ended up paying for an Uber. At the hotel we tried to sign up for shuttle in the morning and there were no spots! The heater in the room was loud with a clanking/ banging noise. We were told they were sold out so we couldn’t change rooms. The clerk’s solution was to turn the heater off! Again it was -10 outside. The room was behind the front desk #111 and we could hear the phone ringing early in the morning. The hotel is dated as is the furniture. We only needed a place to sleep for a few hours which we did not get to do.
