The staff was so helpful and was absolutely wonderful. Our flight plans changed and as we need a room for the night. We were given an early check-in and a late check out without any fees or hassle.

Decided that with an extended overnight layover that I would try to book a hotel for myself and my 4 year old to sleep for a few hours before an early flight. After waiting for over 40 minutes for the shuttle from the airport, I finally arrived at the hotel with my 4 year old sleeping at 11:00pm. However, once we arrived, there was no one manning the hotel. A huge group lined up after me and over 30 minutes goes by with a sign “sorry we stepped away for the moment and will be back shortly”. People began looking for someone that was working behind the desk in the office… no one. Finally a young man walked in from outside apologizing that he was late and that he had told her coworkers he was running behind. The other employee decided that wasn’t their problem and left for home. Crazy town. Then they had already booked their shuttles for the early morning and I had to pay an additional $40 for a Uber. Complete waste of my money all around.

We needed a place to stay overnight prior to an exceptionally early morning flight. The shuttle bus, service was wonderful. But beyond that, we were astonished that the hotel actually made some allowances for breakfast snacks at 3:30 am! The snacks were minimal, but they were there. And we were grateful.

This hotel was everything we wanted for a one night stay before flying. The hotel itself was very clean, breakfast was streamlined yet accommodating, shuttle to the airport by appointment, and reasonable rates for leaving our car while we were gone.

This was my second stay here. It's a great location close to the airport. The breakfast is pretty decent and the coffee is good! The room is clean and roomy. I do like the non-carpeted floors and the minimalist look of the rooms. I felt the staff was very friendly and accommodating. This is one of my favorite places to stay close to DIA.

Some holds and charges that I did not expect check your cc bill. They said 50.00 and 70.93 on my card will be refunded there is no minibar but there is a 50.00 hold for incidentals not sure what those would be.

I came in town for a very short stay due to a memorial service. Everything was perfect about this hotel. Exceptionally clean and new, fast service and wonderful guest reception. The shutte service was efficient and complimentary breakfast was good! Look no further then here!
